A question I had on reading this though was why these girls do not just schedule more working days then? One possibility I came up was that maybe the club controls the number of girls to ensure that each girl can get a decent amount of business, so girls are unable to work as much as they want. Can any member confirm or comment on this? The issue of compliance with Swiss labor law brought up by ManoloX (below) is also another possibility that I had missed.

Just noticed your post about club fee being paid, which followed the one mentioning "private" escort, so I think we are on the same page; my apologies for the confusion. I think at this point we really have 3 different scenarios with slightly overlapping terminology:

* "non-agency" / "private" escort, where the girl pays the 380 CHF and is therefore allowed to do escorting.
* "non-agency" / "private" escort, where the girl did not pay the club fee, and which is believed to be forbidden.
