Do you experience any side effects (like shrinking cock / balls)? Also, do you think you would be able to build comparable muscle mass without the supplements? - Will staying 7-10 days be a bad idea, for the noise and lack of sleep?

- Can I purchase the VIP card online? Before I book the hotel? Or do I need to buy the VIP card at the hotel and then book the hotel on the spot to get the discount?

- There are a lot of different rooms? I am def not a high roller. Which room / floor is an absolutely no go for a 7-10 day stay?

I drove down to see a few Padres games and hit my Tijuana dentist over the last few days. I used to frequent Zona Norte but stopped drinking and have only been back with family and non-mongering friends without the ability to head to the Zona Norte over the last 15 years. My San Diego hotel allowed me to leave my car safely parked overnight after checkout, take the Blue Line Trolley and walk over. Checked in Cascadas on Monday at 3 pm and was able to get the 3 month Gold Hong Kong card and a jacuzzi room for $110 saving $10 total over paying the $120 without it. I only brought my US Passport Card which they would not take as ID for my credit card payment (it has no signature) so I had to pay cash and a $50 deposit.

I wasn't expecting much on a Monday evening but things got busy around 9 pm. At least 100 women and a long duration shaving cream / dildo show every hour more or less. The shows were very hands on if you were tipping. Chatted with a few women I didn't vibe with and finally found a tight body named Connie with fake see-cups and a tight little ass like I like. She quoted $150 including DATY and over an hour in the room. She seemed confused (played dumb?) about me actually staying overnight in Cascadas despite my orange wristband. Changes for me for my next visit (I have forgotten these common sense things over the past 15 years): First, the pedestrian crossings are much faster than driving, even with a Ready / medical pass but get to the PedWest crossing before 1:15 pm. Second, remember to negotiate / agree to extras before going upstairs and don't pay beforehand. Third, I was on the 3rd floor which was a little noisy ask for a higher floor maybe?. Forth, bring my own lube and condoms despite being offered them at check in and 4 times by staff on our way to the room later. Fifth, any ID for checking in must have a signature so bring DL too.

No, you need to buy the VIP card at the hotel, but book online first. Don't wait until you get there.

Don't stay in the regular room. A windowless room is no good for that long. But again, I would not recommend a 7-10 day stay. That's too much, even if you're not a high roller.

Yes, we all know Tijuana is much more expensive than it was 10 years ago. So fucking what? Whenever somebody says Tijuana is dying, they're just admitting they don't know how to play the game. I had been out of the hobby for a while but I have mongered in more than a dozen countries over the past 25 years. This includes a dozen trips to Tijuana and here are my 2 cents.

1. In my home area I only feel comfortable at AMPS (Asian Massage Parlors). At my age I don't need any LE problems. At AMPS you get little to no choice with who you get. I speak Spanish not Chinese and while finding an AMP with "Extras" is an interesting adventure, having a conversation and choosing the women I like is preferrable.

2. 15 years ago you had Adelitas, Chicago, Tropical and Hong Kong. I have had ST from all 4 and to me its now Hong Kong or nothing which is both good and bad. One stop shopping.

3. Websites like Musas, Milleroticos and others didn't exist so you only had streetwalkers, massage parlors or the Zona Norte. I am sure many of the better looking women have moved online. It makes more sense for them because they don't have to spend hours standing around, hustling for drinks and can wear regular, nice clothes when they show up to your hotel.

4. If I remember correctly, the going rate 15 years ago was $60 to $80 for an "hour" (usually 40 minutes) and women's drinks were $8, so the current rates are just adjusted for inflation. One chubby SW offered me FS for $50 this week.

At the end of the day, the girls are as good looking as ever and yes the prices have increased. Prices have also increased literally everywhere else. Basic apartments that used to cost $250 USD a month in Tijuana now run for $600. Most of these girls have children to support so they adjusted accordingly, we all would have done the same. Do you expect to earn the same wage you did in 2005?
