The fact of the matter is that no country betters itself by means of prostitution. Call centers and factories opening in order to spread money to 30,000 people who will then become more educated and move up the ladder and in turn be able to educate their kids better makes a lot more sense than encouraging foreigners to come spend a few hundred dollars on a couple thousand elementary school dropout flatbackers.

And you are supposed to be the business savvy American. No time in graduate business school nor working on my degree in education and linguistics did I ever hear or read, "If you want people to be better educated and rise up economically, then you got to find a way to get more johns to the prostitutes. That is the solution."

You simply tell them you will send the money back with the girl the next day. What is so difficult or inconceivable about that?

When I am in AC next month I will write a sign that says "mrenternational will send the money back with the girl tomorrow" and give it to the mamasan of whatever bar I am in to hold up while I take a picture of her and I will come back to post it here. I honestly do not understand how this is so extraordinary.

To give a certain context, according to accountants pwc (Price Waterhouse Cooper) top rate of tax in the Philippines starts at PHP 500,000 (USD 10000) and I saw an infographic somewhere that a monthly income of PHP 50,000 put you into the top 10 % of earners. So, maybe, the call-centre employees are not so badly paid after all.

Last year on a few occasions when raids were happening I was told to pay the girl outside. On those occasions the girls had to go back to the bar with the money before the bar closed that evening. In those occasions the girls came right back for LT.

Many times I have texted a girl on duty that I have known before to come to my hotel or to send a new girl and I will take care of the barfine when she leaves.

Last May while I was in Manila I texted 2 girls to catch the bus to Manila and I would take care of the barfines and transportation. They had to be back the next day to pay the bar.

As I stated before the girls are on the hook for the barfine if someone doesn't pay. There are a few bars that know me and still want the money up front. This is a cash business. Not credit.

How would paying immediately after be considered as credit? When you go to a restaurant you pay after you eat; is that considered credit? When you ride in a taxi you pay when the ride is over; would that be considered credit? However you did tell us about times when there was no problem to pay the girl before returning to the bar. Are there any examples when you asked and they told you no?

[/QUOTE]This tends to fit the defiition of 'credit' ie the bar accepts the girls text message as proof she has a valid punter and they let her go on the proviso she returns with the barfine.

I too have had text girls from a bar to come over and they get payment when they leave the hotel. This has also worked where I was organising a party and needed 5 girls. It was up to the girls to find their man for the barfine. Created quite a competitive environment.

I've never had any issues explaining this to the girls / mamas and everyone is happy to get full payment the next day. The worst case scenario is that the ATM is still down and I'm stuck with her for a few days until I can get cash.
