My experience is after you repeat sessions with same girls they begin offering AO the 3rd or 4th day. Not the 3rd or 4th session, I am talking repeat days, so they begin to sense you are a new "regular". Back in the day I was getting many AO offers from LR girls. Generally you would need at least 2 weeks to build an impression of a regular client. In this regard and many others the locals have a huge advantage compared to us tourists.
I am not an AO guy, I fill the rubber (preferably 3-4 times) and I go to sleep in peace. My kink is group sex like MMF but only with very specific girl types.
Interesting. I can understand MFF, we all want it (or MFFFFF.) but why MMF? Foursome would be tolerable with trusted parties I suppose or in college, but MMF as a fantasy? That is definitely an interesting one.
Several girls proposed AO to me, I always declined and left the room and never booked them again. My health is more important than 5 second pleasure but this seems not be the case for all the mongers some are controlled by their libido, sad for them.
5 second sounds super fast, quicker than Usain Bolt.
Even if it is AO.
The main reason the German government started the CBJ which is mainly never followed is the resistant gonorrhea. This has lead to increasing the dose of ceftriaxone from 250 MG to 500 MG and using doxycyline 100 MG twice a day for 7 days instead of the single dose zithromax. The resistant gonorrhea is now the main gonorrhea in the USA in that the CDC updated its treatment of gonorrhea in 2020 to reflect this. Originally the resistant gonorrhea started in Southeast Asia then migrated to Europe and then to the USA.
But gonorrhea can be fixed without treating it, it is minor STD. I would say it is to prevent more hardcore STD that can easily be transmitted in platform like AO clubs which is hardcore. Additionally, I think it is to protect girls in AO clubs as I think not many girls will willingly walk into AO clubs, they are kind of pushed or forced to in AO clubs, not by life situation, but by some people. Unlike FKK.
Sorry but the guys who catches some MST are never advertising about it. With escorts the risk is lower because usually they have less clients per day but in a FKK the risk is very high specially with the new type of clientele that are there in the recent years.
I agree with numbers of clients, but I read sometimes about STD on this forum, but it is very low risk at FKK than I originally thought. I have been licking anal of stunner girls for past 24 years, I never had any STD, I don't know about them licking my ass though LOL! Because I do not meet them anymore LOL! I hope they were ok LOL! Well we have the best toilet in Japan, so it should be ok LOL!

I can understand that STDs are more easily transmitted in AO clubs. But where is the proof that "more hardcore STDs" are endemic in AO clubs and "minor STDs" are in mainstream clubs like Sharks?
I have seen media articles about drug resistant STDs. It seems to be a matter of luck. You could fuck that wholesome girl you met at the grocery store last week who may have recently been infected with a drug resistant disease and did not even know it but gives it to you in your first copulation, while the hardcore $100 street walker puta that looks like she could play the step mother in those cheesy porn movies may be still clean.

Prostitutes.
When I come to think about FKK and women in it or quite many girls who are like this in normal life that even doing it for free LOL!
It takes a lot of insanity or is it human nature to suck strangers penis for 50 euro or even for 100 euro per hour and in case of FKK, many times over per day everyday LOL!
Whatta creatures some women are LOL!
Or would they say same for men? LOL! Well we have need, but do they have need to suck dick too? LOL!

Look, it is simple, you go outside, you may get hit by car, or you go on plane, it might crush, but we do those activities because we are willing to take that risk!
Now, it is same for mongering, I did not take risk to go to AO as I thought about going, but in the end I did not and also I did not ask girls in FKK to do AO yet as I feel somehow sketchy about girls who work in the FKK situation which is arguably little different to escort situation, but in away it is the same, but in different degree. The thing is how much risk are you willing to take?
To be monger for life, you have to be alive and healthy, so I will do many thing that is more and beyond than some other mongers, but I will control the risk.
I am more worried about HPV in throat than other std now actually.
Dr Poo, it is all about risk control when we go and pee pee in girls mouth with sperm in FKK LOL!

It also makes transmission of HIV more likely.
So in sum it needs to be treated in all cases.

In the big FKK every day you have girls who have some MST but there is 0 control except in Sakura where the girls can go 1 time per week to the doctor.
Final assessment of FKK scene in Western Germany.
Most clubs are obviously quite down.
Sharks and Samya (although I am extrapolating by filling in girls I know are working on nights I wasn't there) are the top optics clubs at the moment. The girls seem to be concentrating at these clubs. Unfortunately so are the men. Other clubs are worth visiting if you have more days and are willing to do some hunting and okay with some light days where you only have 2 or 3 girls you would do. Northern NRW clubs like Penelope, Aca Gold and Aca Prime will still answer the cheap entry / cheap room niche so long as you are okay with a smaller optically pleasing pool. But all I need is 2-3 doable girls per club.
Sharks upsell situation is better than what was reported at the beginning of July although still definitely present. Oase is still an upsell nightmare. NRW clubs seem unchanged, just the occasional CBJ to BBBJ upcharge.
Getting to Germany and traveling around was quite the same. Getting back to your country might be the more difficult part. For US residents or others needing a test to return, just Google Maps "TestZentrum" and you will find a medical lab that offers covid testing. I used one in Cologne called "walk-in ZotsKlimas. " Antigen testing was 21.5 e. You can be in and out in 5 minutes and have the results by the next day if not earlier. They do not take cash.
So you are corona free after your trip to Germany? You just went right?
Don't we miss the days when things are normal LOL It is odd how airport around the world became chaos, I mean why? Less traveler, so it should be more easy to handle!
But gonorrhea can be fixed without treating it, it is minor STD.
No, it cannot. If gonorrhea remains undetected and undiagnosed for a long period of time, the infection is likely to spread and affect other parts of the body. Patients who have carried the infection for a long time are at risk of complications and may begin to experience gonorrhea symptoms months or even years after infection.

No one used a condom back then: girls were on the pill and that was that. I got STDs countless times and got pills from the pharmacy to deal with them. Then came AIDS. I got a sore throat that would not quit that scared the shit out of me as that was one of the early symptoms. An AIDS test proved negative. From the beginning of the 90's to now I have used a condom for sex and have not looked back except for a few instances in South East Asia which I ended up regretting.
