The experience of having sex when high really depends on the kind of high you're experiencing. Now, Indica strains usually induces a 'body high', so basically performance wise. You won't be 100%. In my experience, I'd suggest you use sativa strains, the experience could be amazing. Then again, its two player game.

Predominately sativa makes me feel "relaxed and alert", while indica makes me sleep / stoned. The hybrids are somewhere in between. So, I have used sativa for daytime and indica for night. I haven't tried weed in India yet (lack of good quality) and still haven't tried sex under the influence. This may require some experimentation (atleast for me) to find the ideal strain for good sex.
