For me, fucking a condom to reduce STD risks doesn't make sense, and I put that risk at the same level as risk of my airplane to crash. I don't want be in death bed wishing I should have enjoyed life more my way when I could. I didn't realize that Magnum had reopened, and I thought that Dolce Vita was open. I did find a link from NRW government that states the cutoff is 50 for "saunas" and leisure facilities:
