Sit in lobby and eye everyone who steps in. When you get a call don't answer or move, notice who called and if she's any good go to her and move forward or else simply walk out and grab yourself a drink and say Terima Kasih.
Won't work too well unfortunately. Most of the scammers here seem to turn up wearing facial masks in my experience so far. Apart from probably seeing they are a bit bigger than you expected the girl you booked to be, you can't really make a good verdict from the rather short glimpse you will get of the woman, almost no matter how optimally you manage to place yourself in her path. Possibly the fact that someone is not wearing a facial mask will be a sign it's not a scammer, but I wouldn't bet on that either.
At the moment I'm thinking the michat scam system goes something like this:
1) scam-admin sends out offers on michat and does all the initial talking.
2) at some point, after the girl is booked and supposed to be on her way, scam-admin contacts one of the random women he uses, and tells her to go to the hotel you're staying at.
3) at some point, possibly when the woman has reached the hotel, scam-admin logs out from this particular michat account and tells woman to login instead.
4) woman takes over the michat account and tells you she's there, possibly sends some photo from the hotel entrance, etc., but is probably not interested (or able to, I don't know if michat chat logs are saved on the phone or on the michat server) in looking at the previous chat messages. When asked to send her photo it all comes as a mighty shock to her. Eventually she leaves without meeting you, or if you're a newbie, creates a drama in your room if you don't want to bang the 20 kg heavier and 15 years older woman now in your room. Not sure how service would be either.
5) sometimes scam-admin takes control over the michat account again after she / I have left, and either curses me, or in one instance, offered to send the "real" girl. I'm not sure what would have happened in the latter case, but I thought it more prudent to not find out, though possibly I missed out on the chance of a threesome with Miss. Indonesia 2024 and the runner-up.
One scammer sent me, eventually, her photo without a facial mask (it took quite a few messages before she did). When I sent her back her supposed own photo, she asked who the girl in the photo was.
This is a pity as there are some genuine girls on michat too, but I think I must have sent away over a dozen by now, and only had three visits where the girl was more or less who she claimed to be.
Unfortunately michat does not support videocall (or even call), and while I do have a p4p-specific whatsapp number, I don't really want to share it with outright scammers eithers. So far I have thus not found any quick way to weed out the scammers without wasting time waiting for them to show up.
Many of the girls offering massage seem to be run in a similar way. They post a rather attractive woman, but who appears is not the same. I've usually gone ahead anyway, as long as she was not looking to terrible, as I book them for a genuine massage, not something else, but now I regret not being more principled about it. I asked one woman, who herself was reasonably attractive, and who I even made a failed attempt to bang at the end of the session, why she was not the woman in the michat photo? She said she didn't know, admin just sent her to me.
