I went to Angeles in 2007. Stayed at Lewis Grand and mainly hung out at Pony Tails. BF a couple of cuties, one for 7 days. She cried when I gave her 500 USD when I left. I am returning in October. I am wondering what I will find. Main problem last time was nothing to do during the day. This time, I have booked golf, Subic, Pinatubo.
I wasn't there in 2007 so I can't make great comparisons for you. But some old timers will and have been complaining about it's decline since 1992.
The SM mall has lots of new stores, coffee shops and restaurants. A good meal will cost $6 to $10. There is not a lot to do during the day other than your booked activities and play with the girls. The holes and cracks in the sidewalks have been fixed. You will notice a new stop light at checkpoint. Fields Ave. is closed off to vehicles at night and becomes a "walking street".
You will mainly find the same. Have fun.
Don't let them bash you for your tipping. I congratulate you for it. I am sure it was a well thought out decision and meant a lot to her.
For those that think he totally upset the market, I have never had a girl ask for a $500 tip in the past 5 years! The market reversed back from the blip.
I think most wannabe harem masters quickly abandon their plans after realizing just how difficult it is maintaining some degree of domestic tranquility and sanity with only one Pinay around on a regular basis. These women are not happy without drama, chaos, and crisis. After living here for a while, one starts being a lot less judgmental about the local lads who flee from the girls immediately after popping their cherries.
Maybe it's the other way around. Maybe these girls are not happy without drama, chaos, and crisis BECAUSE the local lads flee from them after popping their cherries and / or making them pregnant. Or more generally speaking: treat them like shit.

Another Week in Angeles
Daytime I stopped by Hollywood, Icarus, and the other small Korean run bars (Voodoo also had some new cute door girls, but I didn't venture in) 1500 to 2000 pesos for 2 to 6 hours with the girl. Some girls go by time and other by pops, so its best to negotiate. If you talk to the guys running the bars, they'll give you recommendations. Don't be intimidated by the majority Asian patronage. Your blue notes are the same blue as the Koreans and Japanese. There's also one next to brown sugar. Girls are usually in their 20's. The best girls get taken early, sometimes before the bar even opens.
At night I did the usual walk thru the Doll House bars. Lots of girls to choose from. XS was also nice. There was a blond spinner in the club behind Doll House, early 20's, great tits, but she had guys throwing money at her all night long, buying her drinks, and BF'ing her for days. Best looking girl in Angeles for sure. Lollipop had beautiful dark skinned, long haired girl. Which goes to show to check out the small bars too, because the girls are always changing.
Overall, Angeles is losing its glimmer. The fun for me was meeting new girls. Now, I'm running into girls from 5 years ago, and hearing their stories about being knocked up or still working in the bars to support their families is heartbreaking. On my last night, I gave a girl I met a few years ago 6000 pesos (my budget for the night) in the bar and called it a night after hearing her story. I think the manager thought I was trying to BF her on the down low so he followed her and had a talk with her. I ordered 3000 in drinks for her also, so I don't think he had anything to complain or worry about. I wasn't in the mood anymore and I had already mentally spent the money so I just gave it to her and wished her well.
Also being recognized by girls while I'm walking in the streets means I'm spending too much time here, haha. Probably going to stick to P Burgos and check out some new SEA countries.

Not bashing for tipping

Has far has it meant a lot to her that depends on what she did with it, IF she handed it over to her alcoholic Filipino boyfriend to drink, smoke, fornicate with another girl, and gamble it way in a card game then it was just wasted. If she put it into a family home upgrade project or opened a bank act for herself then it was used for a good cause. Oh And the holes in sidewalks have never been worse. Just the newly fixed walking street has more pot holes in it then it did before it was fixed just a few short yrs ago. They should have never allowed driving on that road that tore it up quick.

Pinatubo
I enjoyed the hike to the caldera of Pinatubo a few years ago.
I think there is some extra risk of doing this during the rainy season. Let us know how it works out. X.

I am sure she was stunned too. Adds new meaning to being a "stunner".
She probably added an 8 x 10 room to the family home. Maybe not enough for a cement floor!
I am just thankful the sidewalk got leveled out in front of the money changers opposite of checkpoint.
Looks like they used red gardening patio pavers on Fields with a load limit of 50 kilos per sq meter and someone pocketed the money! At least they can use the remains as red gardening gravel.
Wasn't it board member Frenzy (I think that was his handle) that did just that? And where is he now? Still in a Philippine prison I presume. Cool Aussie guy. The first time I went to Cebu he picked me up with his van full of women and showed me around. But you see how that turned out for him. So sure, why not build a harem.
I am sure guys have come up with these same ideas over the last 40 years. But look around and see how many are actually doing it. You'd have to figure there is a good reason that it is not being done. But as the old adage goes, experience is the best teacher.

Great advice! Most men have it a lot better in the Philippines than they ever did with girls back in their homeland. The trouble usually arises when they decide to implement wild schemes like building harems and hosting gangbangs. It is best to leave that sort of stuff in the imagination of folks like E. L. James or on the pages of paperbacks for one-handed readers. The harem fantasy is a recurring theme and it has earned cheeky sexpats extended stays in the finest complementary Philippine accommodations as far back as the 1970's.
When foreigners get ideas, about wild schemes, they should research news archives and legal cases, chances are that the schemes did not end well for those who put them into practice. This often explains why the schemes in question never gained much popularity. In addition, fellas must realize that their exotic appeal is not limited to the Filipina girls and that when things go bad they will be locked up with thousands of Filipino men who find foreigners just as appealing sexually. This is the dark side of the rock star effect.
Seen several posts about the harem getting guys locked up. One even described it as one of the girls using the nuclear option and contacting the police. I can see how having a bunch of women living with you would be a huge headache and be filled with drama, but assuming all women are of legal age, I'm curious how this situation could cause a man to lose his freedom.

I spent one week and I think that the cost for my entire stay did not amount to as much as US $500, accommodation included. I support tipping but I believe in prudence.

No change??
You are sure to find much the same. There are a few more daytime activities.
In 2007 I've been to AC regularly, then it slowed down with the Korean invasion. Now I haven't been to AC since 2012 or so. Or 2013 maybe.
But despite that I'm quite sure that the changes compared with 2007 will be quite massive for Manonsanboy.
Manonsanboy, please report in October, what you think.

As a foreigner you have no rights and a faulse accusation is as good as a true one. It doesn't matter. Legal or not, forget your western mindset (assuming you are from a functioning country), you will loose one way or another. Maybe you will be freed as not guilty but remember you could be banged up abroad for a good 3-5 years watching the so called justice system snail its way. I have never tried being a haremking (and I will never be) but lets assume you have a 6-8 girls to control? I don't even want to speculate but a sex offence charge can easily be produced. Extortion, jail, bail (if not a sex offense), patience and keeping you ass towards the wall at all times (in jail), are words you want to think about before constructing a harem, hehe.
Example; I was riding a taxi in Manila, my driver bumped into the car in front of him. Chaos. Police arrived as the drivers were arguing. Then one of the officers saw me and his focus changed. Now I was to blame, telling me I had to pay for the damage. I got instantly mad, grabbed my bag and walked. This is the kind of justice you will face (and this was just a minor minor occurrence. What if?? Still want to have a harem, hehe?
