I really think any of the hotels are fine, but I stayed in Sintra and Cascais the last few trips. The Intercontinental and Holiday Inn Continental and the Clarion in Lisbon are for sure okay. I am sure the Sheraton is fine, as well as any "western" name hotel. But they are all kind of together a little bit away from the tourist and city center (although cabs are not expensive). The hotels just do not stop well dressed, nice looking women, so you should stay near where you want to be. Just don't blatantly and drunkenly drag street hookers of club girls through the lobby late at night and you will be fine.

I stayed at The Sheraton and as Monger88 says it is a bit away from the city centre, but apart from the hills it is in easy walking distance from most places. If you are not into walking, taxis are always available at the hotel. The views of Lisbon from high floors and the cocktail bar are very good as well. I was visited on three occasions by three different ladies from escort privada and encountered no problems with them coming to my room at any hour of the day or night. As Monger88 says, the girls were well dressed and presented themselves very well. Another good point is that no key cards were required to operate the lift (elevator). Mentioning key cards, I was in Madrid in January staying at the Westin Palace, I booked a girl and the reception rang my room asking if I was expecting a guest, After I replied yes she was issued a key card to access the lift and the gave me the card when she entered the room. This happened on two occasions. That is what I call girl friendly!

There was no problem with the lift as key cards were not required to operate them. I agree with Monger that the ladies should be well dressed so as not to arouse suspicion. I fond EP ladies to fit the bill very well. On the subject of keycards I was in Madrid in January staying at The Westin Palace, the lifts were operated by cards. On two occasions the reception rang my room and asked if I was expecting a guest upon my affirmative reply a card was issued and the lady accessed the lift and returned the card to me upon entering the room.
