Went yesterday to few places and looks like both mongers and w/g have reduced in great numbers.

Went first to Wrangler at BW hotel in Juffair, there were hardly 6-7 girls mainly thais, they seem more interested in having their dinner, no of mens were more but many were not even looking at girls ! Strange..

Next went to Ephoria in Ramee (1st floor, i hope the name is right), again the same scene. No entry charges and naturally so, a dj was doing his best to play music without really caring how many music lovers are there. Getting into the hotel by car, I guess not only for a foreigner but also folks who live here must be challenging.

Anyway. Visited the bar on the ground floor and everyone was watching a match. No action there.

A disco outside the premises was empty (ie too early at 9pm).

Overall building interior was very old and weathered. Asked if theres a MP.

Went up, second floor and its a large Thai place. 1hr is 25BD. I know its a lot but I decided to try anyway. This place was cleaner than the rest of the hotel, large and well lit.

I was tended to by someone called Reem. The Massage room was actually very clean and comfy.

I was surprised by the whole thing because it was an excellent, i mean excellent Thai massage and Reem was friendly without being talkative. It was great. She didnt hurry or waste time etc. Towards the end, she did a Thai "Thigh" patting and massage and I was erect, I wasnt even sure if that was allowed here or not.
