Previously, I bought pseudo generic Viagra (made in India) in Cambodia.

A board member here mentioned that you can get legal generic Viagra in Thailand. Pfizer's patent expired in Thailand. Hence you have legal generic Viagra (Sidegra) in Thailand. This is the way to go. The pseudo generic Viagra, made in India, seems not as potent as the real Viagra. I heard sometimes they are duds. I do not trust the quality control of the pirate factories in India.

Another site mentioned that you can get Sidegra at MSRP prices (100 Baht for pack of four 50 MG pills; 180 Baht for a pack of four 100 MG pills) at a pharmacy couple of stores up from McDonald's on Suk near Nana Plaza. Last year, info and pills were good.

Pharmacies in the tourist area in Pattaya are asking about twice those prices.

I need to stock up before I travel around.

Does anyone know of a pharmacy in Pattaya that will charge Bangkok prices for Sidegra?

Kamagra, for example, is made by Ajanta, a big, reliable pharma company. Sidegra is fine but in my experience no better, and it's considerably more expensive. So I always stock up when I'm in Phnom Penh.

Walking Street itself was pretty full with the usual mix for mongers, girls and gawking tourists.

What you and many people think makes sense if you use logic. Thailand mind is a different world. Thailand's cheapest prices are in the high season. Because a girl starts to make money and they like any salesman likes the feeling of constant business and constant money coming in. The most expensive prices are in the low season. In the low season the woman try to raise their rates for lost business. In the high season if the girl smells you don't know the price or if you make the mistake of letting the girl name the price. She will ask for more then she won't want to lose face going down too much. But if you walk up with confidence and just say you do short time. Yes, 1000 baut lets go! That is it. If she has an issue that is the starting rate. With freelancers that is fine. With outdoor bar girls but you also have to pay bar fine. Now if you are trying to take out a indoor bar girl it will be a little more expensive. If you go to a gogo then that is more expensive and service is questionable because during high season they want to finish with you as fast as possible and get back to the club for next short time. A go go girls during slow season is a little better and not as rushed.

I will be in Thailand next month! Can't wait.

I know two of them, one guy passed out the one night after taking a pill and the other guy had to be taken to the hospital the following night after taking another one of those suckers. You wait so long for a trip, pay so much on hotels and airfare yet your going to let your vacation hinge on the quality of drugs your going to buy from a pharmacy in another country. I understand that some guys are forced to buy it on the fly since they have a significant other at home who would question why he was packing 20 blue pills in his carryon for a business trip. I would highly suggest you try other avenue's to aquire said drugs while at home to get an idea which one's are worth rebuying and which ones to avoid after a trip to the ER. An ER at home is much better than an ER in Pattaya.

I've taken steroids, acne meds, and Cialis while overseas and have never had any problems. This next trip, I'll try those Kamagra jelly packs because they are cheaper than other things.

The key is to be fully educated on what to buy, how much it costs, where to buy it, and how to spot bad product. Just like with the ladies!

I was asking about LEGAL, legit generic Sildenafil (Sidegra), which is EXACTLY the same as Viagra. I have a prescription for Viagra in the US.

I trust (should I?) the Thailand "system" for Sildenfil. I am assuming the Thai "system" will not allow the drug companies to supply the Thai males with dangerous fakes. Thailand is not China.

- There was nudity on Overmind go-go (the old Shark go-go). They even added a bath tub (naked show in a tub).

- Super Silver 2 go-go on Soi 7 had nudity. Same as before. I like this club. Raunchy and fun! I especially like this club because after the dancers (not all dancers are nude) dance naked on stage, they stay naked after they leave the stage. A lot of fondling (if you want) with the customers. In other bars (previously), it seems the dancers put on their bikinis after their shift on stage.

- Several other go-gos around Walking Street, which previously had nudity, were fully clothed (my definition. The girls were in bikinis).

As for pecker pills I'm still walking around after having taken 100's just like many 1,000's of other expats in the area. What are you a drug salesman?

Many reputable Indian pharmaceutical firms, including some giants, produce quality generics. If Kamagra doesn't lift you up, find another hobby.

This is how I felt when I first came to Thailand particularly to Pattaya. When it comes to this particular Hospital and do not get me wrong I would use it for a emergency and have but do not think for a minute because it looks like a 5 star hotel and they attend to you with all the staff available that you are getting the proper diagnosis? Do not get me wrong they are better than many countries but after what I have experience I have a greater appreciation for our medical system and would feel comfortable in any ER in the States.

When I hurt my foot in Koh Tao last year I was taken to the clinic. As the doctor was getting ready to sew it up she said I wonder if it is broken. I don't know a got damn thing about medicine, but said well shouldn't you xray it before stitching it up? She said yes you are right. When I got back to Pattaya and unwrapped it, it was fucked up under the bottom and I went right to the new hospital. They gave me IV antibiotics and wanted me to stay, but I remember my friends telling me the exorbitant costs for staying. Since I live 2 minutes from the place I told them I would just come back the next day. They were pissed. The next two days they gave me the same IV antibiotics and said okay bye; not telling me anything else.

So I went to my regular doctor in Pattaya and for the next 6 days he gave me an antibiotic injection in my ass saying that my foot would heal in 2 weeks. 6 days went by and no improvement. My family insisted that I come back to the states for treatment. Good thing I fucking did, or I would have been less 1 foot today. It was a crush would where blood vessels had burst inside and the fluid sitting inside had started to kill the tissue. They had to cut out that part of my foot and regrow it using modern medicine.

A few years ago my cousin had a motorcycle accident on Pattaya Tai. That cheap ass helmet flew off his head. The ambulance came and got him. He was pretty fucked up. Well he is back home now and the other day he was telling me they are saying there is something wrong with his brain from that accident and they need to go in and do surgery.

For little shit like a cold or to turn a man into a woman then Thailand is okay. But for big shit you better take your ass back home. There is a reason many expats make a yearly pilgrimage back home to see the doctor.
