Credit card companies charge all merchants a fee, it's just that in some countries the merchant will pass the 3% fee on to the customer. But 18%? I just know I have to pay attention to see if any woman is using a padded bra or some other garment, trying to create an illusion to hide something that might be a turnoff.

"some of the men" and "enough of these chicas" Now when you read those words did that give you cause to believe I was talking about "the rest of the poor mongers"? Some and enough don't add up to the rest of the poor mongers. Whether they would charge also the credit card fee (typically 3%) is likely a negotiable item. Finally most cards will charge a foreign exchange transaction fee. No wonder cash is king in the DR.

That is the most likely explanation for the cash discount.

Because I pointed out a key component of the problem. You making up something and trying to assign it to me. So I addressed that. It gets more complicated when you try to deviate from the original issue and focus on something / somebody else. So lets just deal with the last response. What I said does not equate to the rest of the poor mongers as you concluded.
As far as Frannie is concerned, I deal with foolishness on an as needed basis or when I feel like it. Everything coming out of his cyber mouth is not foolishness. Only what I've addressed in my regard concerning some of what I read.
So when you finish answering and addressing my previous post/ questions then we can move on to the next opinion of what somethings seems to you. I believe when were done ( if you choose to offer honest feedback ) we will see if this pattern is coming from me or coming from you? If you never ask for feedback and clarity on things that seems a certain way or its only an opinion, you will never understand the people you judge or assess.
Look what I do, I attempt to entertain what people say, and try to seek feedback to see how they came to their presumptions and opinions. And I get what you gave me. An "O well" deflection. Thats the issue I have with Frannie from time to time when I ask him specific questions to address his wrong and unsubstantiated assessments. And that is the pattern I have with him.
I dont expect to have that problem with everybody, but will deal with it when I see it.
