Four days in Medellin at GHL Comfort in San Diego. I walked 2 blocks to Fase Dos after 7 pm and found it large and modern (and not yet hopping that early). I was told that I couldn't sit next to the stage unless I ordered a bottle of something or a mixed drink, which I didn't care for. I drank my beer at the bar and was quoted 500 mil for a woman with an additional 150 mil bar fine for the takeout. I had a wicked hangover and didn't partake. Spent a couple of nights downtown near Plaza Botero. There are five clubs within 3-4 blocks that are not hard to find. Grill Nueva Avenida (Calle 51 #51-18) was honest but the women will charge you what they can. I was told they open in the afternoon but never arrived before 6 pm. Taberna Victoria (Calle 53 #52 a-26) is smaller and "mas pueblo" (less fancy), which I like. Conejitos (off plaza Botero) and Ejectutiva Strip club and Club Maracaibo (on Maracaibo) within 2 blocks of hotel Nutibara are all still there and going. Don't remember prices / names, but it's cheap. Taxis wait in front of Conejitos so you're good getting home. Also, I saw a lot of street walkers on the street on the south side of Museo Antioquia and the few blocks around there. You can find party favors in these streets (and from many entertainers) easily.

What I'm finding interesting is how I bet a lot of these girls on tinder and other websites looking for foreigners are probably hustling a bunch at once. They get all kinds, and are also looking for a diamond in the rough.
I don't think money is the only factor. I think it's a huge one and a requirement but more bucks does not necessarily tip the scales in your favor. These chicas are not about to pay our rent, but I suspect they also prefer a foreign boyfriend that's more agreeable to them.

I have traveled the world as a solo traveler for 3 decades and never had any issues in any countries. I speak English and knew some German. I studied Spanish but rarely got to use it in Mexico as most speak English there. My Spanish is not fluent but better than broken broken. I had no issues visiting Spain, Argentina, Paraguay and Peru. Only problem was finding the local beer in a grocery store! Majority of countries I have visited, many do not speak English and I have communicated with them. I learnt some French before going to Morocco and my really bad pronunciation of French was a big breaking the ice as the girls just laughed. I also found that using a tablet and communicate using the translater at the apartment can be fun too. Of course it is better if you know the language but I love to travel solo. Better than being in a group. I can do what I want when I want.

I don't really worry about being seeming cheap. I do try to make sure that the terms are clear and there are no misunderstandings. That way she gets what she wants and I get what I want and expectations are met. Thats the important thing.
That said, I've never paid anyone less than 140 k nor more than 200 k for 1 hour service in my apartment. That includes any sort of taxi fare. I'm pretty picky about who I invite to my apartment. I've used agencies as well as Mileroticos.
As for service for multiple hours, I'm pretty sure girls will give you a discount for additional hours, but its pretty rare that I will want a girl for more than 1 pop or more than 1 hour, but in the rare instance that it should happen, its a much safer bet to just negotiate for additional time once she's at your place. Who knows if you're even going to get along? Why commit yourself to being on the hook for paying for 2 or 3 hours?
As for overnight, I've never paid anyone for overnight in Colombia, I haven't found anyone worth paying for. I agree I have no idea what that guy was talking about? Not a sex destination? It's all over the whole country. As far as Spanish my Spanish sucks and I never had a problem finding what I wanted and communicated it through my fucked up Spanish and hand gestures.
I didn't go there to have a long in depth conversation and once back at the pad, I have my iPad for translation but rarely needed it. Let's drink, party and suck and fuck. It's not real difficult.
