Check out the Royal Meridien. It has a disco (illusions) upstairs with the best quality of girls available. Easy to take the lift to your room if you are staying there. Bit expensive but if you like quality nothing like it.

Also at 49ers you can pick up some good girls depending on your luck

It's been way busy for me back home, but was in AD last week (5/21-5/26) to soak in the early summer doldrums (or late spring doldrums if you wish). Hotel rates are starting to plummet which is good. For my normal 500 dhs rate at Sheraton Khalidiya, breakfast and internet now thrown in, so it becomes not such a bad deal, GF and not bad location.

Sunday night was Blitz and 49ers. Blitz's got a new band with only 4 girl singers not quite as hot as the old one which had 5 girl singers. A couple borderline good lookers of the PRC variety, the CIS selection was dreadful as usual, and some AFR's, not really attracted to them of late. It was about 1230, maybe a bit early. 45 min and I was out of there. At least there was no cover. Ratio was mostly women to men, not really crowded, probably a more western male crowd than I'd seen before.

Went to 49ers (60 dhs cover. 2 free drinx) , like the band. But I was being chased down by a PRC I had once before who did not deliver very well. Nevertheless, she was all grab-grab, then her not so attractive friend did the same. Overall, a lot of PRC's and CIS's past their use-by dates, some very pushy. Jet lag had caught up as did my 3rd beer of the night (I should have stuck with Red Bull or at least started off with it). I packed it in and said, let's try again another night when both the girls and I were more desirable. IN general, I still remain unenamored with 49ers other than the band.

Tuesday night, I stuck with Blitz, band sounded and looked a little better than they did Sunday, found a PRC with attractive, widely-spaced eyes, nice rack and long legs named Ping Ping. Spoke very little English, but enough to get by and off we went. Did not ask for money, but delivered quite nicely for the first go-round. 3 positions, BBBJ, a nice explosion and good massage. Slept with me till 730, then round 2, though she wasn't quite as good as the girl in the black leather miniskirt from March. I offered and she took 600 dhs from me quite happily after the fact with 10 dhs for taxi, and I took her number. My member didn't feel quite so happy for a while (Ping did a little too much tugging, and it was still tingling late in the day at work, like she was still there under the desk). But overall pretty good.

I go back in a couple weeks and will sample the mid-summer pickings. Hotel rates are pretty cheap, and in fact Le Royal M has some ridiculously low rates.

But I am also thinking about the relatively new Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan Rotana. It's booze-free, but does anyone know if it's green?

You can bet she was happy, in fact, she would have been happy with 300. Unless it's Thursday night or a 10+ let's try to keep the Blitz PRC price at 300-400. Thanks for your report.

I spent 3 weeks in AD in the winter and I pretty soon realised that you can get LT with most of the girls in Blitz for AED 300-400. As a relative nexcommer to the AD scene I would give the following advice:

1. Even if you are in AD for only a few days tell the girls you are on a long stay. If they think you are going to be a regular they will charge less and they will look after you in the sack.

2. If a WG won't come down to a sensible price then walk away. There are plenty more to negotiate with.

3. If you wany a cheap shot then go early and buy a girl ST so that she can earn again later in the evening or wait until the end of the evenening and bargain hard for LT.

4. Behave like an experienced Monger not a newbe. Be confident and tell the girl what you want and how much you are prepared to say.

I know I have said nothing here that others haven't said before but I think it worth repeating good advice for the benefit of the new guys. Anyone care to add to my list?

I'm back for a longer stay soon, so keep those prices low guys.

One other thing. I haven't been out during Ramadan before and I have heard differing reports about the sale of alchohol. Is there anywhere I will be able to get a drink in August? (I presume you can still take 4ltrs of spirit into the country.)

The bars and eateries don't open up until after sundown during the Magic Month.

2. There is no live music during the Magic Month.

3. The quality of the WG's is less during the Magic Month.

4. The duty-free allowance is still 4 litres of spirits or 5 bottles of wine.

5. The Magic Month is best avoided if you can help it. Given the choice I would look elsewhere for my fun

Sorry Jimmy I'm a free member but you might contact British Council in Abu Dhabi. Dave's ESL Cafe also have a few interesting positions in AUH. I trust you have the CELTA, or preferably a DELTA, masters & a few years experience under your belt. HCT is the most professional organization out there but their pay is low, the hiring process slow and tricky. And no mongers on their happy staff. The last few years, the locals have been replacing Westerners with more compliant co-religionists, and placing them with local families. When the instructors aren't teaching or prepping at school, they're tutoring the family's kids :sad:

I have not been there since last summer, but the Hilton Baynunah has a spa with Thai girls who will provide a "special massage" for AED 200 extra or so. This is the only place I am aware of in AD. I will have to check it out again this summer but I would be interested in hearing about any other locations, too.

Last time I asked for a Thai masseuse. While we were chatting she complained about how men expect to get extras, so I didn't try to ask. Also, no luck at the Millenium, despite a massage that seemed like it had too much brushing of the balls to be accidental by the Philipina. She also spent an extremely long time massaging my ass. Oh well, I'll keep trying new spots. Maybe if one of you do get lucky, post a first initial or some clue as to a specific person that does more than just a massage.
