If you want to cruise the street freelancers then stay near the malls. If you want to fish for captive FL's then stay near Midnight Haven (formerly LA Cafe) which is closer the Bay. Getting from one side of Manila to another can be a rather long Grab or taxi ride. As much as 45 minutes in traffic (there is ALWAYS traffic) for a 7 km dive.

So I suggest you pick your market location first, then look for suitable hotels nearby.

For clarity, I wasn't saying that there are available freelancers roaming the Dusit's lobby. There aren't. However, it's common to see old guys waiting for their partners to arrive or both to be at breakfast the next morning.

She suddenly realises I'm behind her and pretends that she 's looking for the hot water switch for the shower. In the bathroom the shower isn't on but the tap is gushing cold water into the recessed shower area. I say the tap is on cold setting. The following is what she was setting up in the bathroom, I imagine.

Some were there for at least the 10 minutes I took to have a cig and grab something to drink across the street. Some fairly scandalous outfits, but most just looked dressed up but were working (is it bad when you can now spot a working girl pretty much 99%.

It's a small lobby, so I really don't think approaching is cool tbh. I smiled at one I though was super hot and she kind of reciprocated, but it's just an awkward packed lobby a lot of times.
