1. Should I leave my cell phone in the hotel.

3. what about the technical issues sim card, activation, etc.
I had no issues with my own cellphone while in Brazil. Just used Airalo esim but of course I didn't use my phone for any voice calling nor text messaging. But the esim provided internet service which was all I needed for WhatsApp, Google Maps, Google Translate, etc. If I felt I needed to be careful with my phone in public areas, I simply kept it in my pocket with my hand inside it holding onto my phone or sometimes it was in a fanny pack that was buried underneath rather than over my shirt.
Based on info provided on this board in late Jan 2026, I looked long and hard for this supposed ATM at GRU baggage claim for terminal 3. This was on Feb 27. I can assure you: there is no such ATM. I looked all over for it. It does not exist. I asked a female official who worked there at baggage claim (Terminal 3) where the ATM was: she said you had to exit baggage claim to find an ATM. So maybe there used to be one there, but not now. Anyway, I would be curious what anyone else finds who seeks out this mystery ATM. Let us know if you found it. I myself will be flying back to Sao Paulo in six days, so I will check it out again too.
I am also going to check out for the first time the Bradesco ATMs which are said to be located at terminal 2 mid-level (in the direction of terminal 3 by the SUBWAY restaurant). More than one person has said that these ATMs exist between T2 and T3, so I am going to seek them out.
I last remember using it in '22 or '23, so maybe it's been removed. It was obvious, not hidden at all. I've had BRL on me when I arrived for all my trips since then.
There is free wifi at the airport you can use to get an uber or indrive (usually much cheaper than uber). Both those services and the Brazil version of didi known as 99 accept credit cards via the app or via maquinina (swipe or touchless credit card machine). So there is no need to hunt ATMs in the airport when you can just get off the plane and be on your way into the city right away. Once you are at your hotel or airbnb you can easily find ATMs. I like Bradesco for the reasons others mentioned. ESIMs are more convenient than convincing cell phone shops to sell you a physical SIM without a CPF number.

Casarão & Gaugin – Festa Junina & Fresh Talent*.
Last Night (June 2026).
Gaugin & Casarão.
Scouted the Talented Estafanie (20 yo, Casarão fresh from MG).
Damages:500 BRL (negotiated down from 600 BRL) + drinks.
Started the night at Gaugin around 11 pm. Shout out to us night owls. ,The garotas were all dressed in elegant, sexy white dresses. However, it was the exact same lineup as the previous few nights sadly nothing fresh or new. If you're looking for new faces, Gaugin wasn't delivering last night.
I bailed after midnight to head to the reliable spot for fresh, young talent: Casarão.
Casarão (Festa Junina Night!
Casarão was a total blast. They were throwing a *Festa Junina* theme night complete with popcorn, cotton candy, and a mechanical bull.
Highlight of the night Watching drunk ass garotas try to ride a plastic mechanical bull. Yeehaw, giddyup!
Dude Seriously, whatever is in the water in Minas Gerais (MG) needs to be studied, because the women here are jaw dropping cute.
Met Estafanie, standing in front by the cotton candy machine, I spotted her the same time she spotted me. Estafanie a 20-year-old absolute natural beauty. She's a branca with straight black hair (though she mentioned she's a natural blonde who dyes it). I couldn't pass her up.
We headed downstairs to grab drinks and keep the our convo going with my favorite bartender.
Shit her killer smile got me hooked.
PSA on Casarão Drink Prices:
As others have mentioned on the forum, the drink pricing here is a total wildcard. These mofos basically make up whatever price they want since there's no itemized receipt to check. Luckily, my favorite bartender reads out for me the exact charges and the number of *ladydrinks* on my Casarão card before I exited, so at least I knew what was what. Keep your eyes on charges on your casarso card!
Estafanie and I hit it off fantastically.
Asking Price:600 BRL.
Counter-Offer: 500 BRL + sharing a *marola* in the room.
Immediate Deal struck. I guarantee when she discovers scandsllo she will be bringing down 2000 brl or 2500 brl a session.
She shared her Instagram page so we could stay connected. She is a stunning, fresh face from the interior. We headed to the room for an epic, hours-long marathon.
Casarão after midnight remains the great spot for fresh, young, new talent coming out of the MG interior. You need to know how to spot the newer garotas in casarao which aint hard after a few visits. Kkkk.
Yes, speaking some Brasilian Porto is highly recommended at Casarão. However, the newer generation of garotas has their eyes glued to their iPhones and actually knows enough basic English to get by, so don't be too intimidated.
This month is *Festa Junina* season, throw on your best farmer flannel shirt, mine is a red xadres get ready to donsome square dancing, and enjoy taking your favorite garota (s) to a festa junina festival. . Hee-haw!
São Paulo Day 1 —.
Back after 6 months to Brazil. São Paulo a few days then Rio a couple days.
Landed Thursday and took me an hour to get to the Airbnb. GRU airport is so far away.
Got in and freshened and set everything up.
———————————.
Appointment at Baronesas Spa with a cute little bit older light skin blonde highlights chick with a nice figure. Silicone boobs though.
Traffic is atrocious in the early evening and I arrive late but they roll with it.
Its 780 brl for the hour standard room;.
Appointment is ok, the clinicas are a little clinical in my opinion so unless the girl is super smoking hot which is almost never the case, it's kind of boring for me at this point.
CBJ but I didn't really care in this instance. This would be made up for later in the evening. Smashed her for a little bit and came fast since I had stored up for a couple days. She was a really good massager so I figured let me get value from this by easing the tension from the travel. She really helped me ease up by back, neck, and hamstrings, legs, even though that was not the intent of the visit LOL.
Nice, pleasant chick, even spoke multiple languages. She wanted to give me her number for repeat but I just deleted it later I mean there are just too many options in São Paulo.
The clinicas are hit or miss-mostly miss. There's no chance to feel out the vibe and chemistry of the chick beforehand and it's all a bit mechanical. If you have been on a dry spell and are on a tight budget and also do research on the gp-guia forums before hand, probably it's still a good option but I think I'm going to stop vetting these unless I really feel the need to.
Having said that, Baronesas is one of the better ones with the customer service and selection, even if it is more pricey.

Scandallo logistics.
Head back to grab dinner, freshen up and head over to Scandallo at around 11:30 PM with a wingman.
Before I get into it. I am going to give a logistics crash course based on this and my prior visit.
Your uber pulls into the lower level where security will pat you down and send you into the lobby where there are some long reception counters like a hotel lobby. They check ID and give you your card, which is like an arcade card. You use it for spending on all your food and drinks (we'll get to the women in a bit) at the end before you pay all at once and leave at the same reception counters. When you leave they'll show you a receipt broken down by line item of everything you ordered which you can verify.
Cover is 600 brl of which 400 brl is consumable (go before 7 pm to save the 200 extra on cover). However this is supposedly subject to increase randomly when there are big events. You can text them on WhatsApp in advance to confirm.
From the reception you enter one of two big elevators which go between 0 and 1 (lobby and main level). Main level has a 1) large restaurant area immediately to the right, 2) main club area with live music and bars, and then further in, an 3) outdoor patio area with large bar and ability to order food too I think. All three areas are awesome in their own way. And it's usually pretty crowded with women of all types everywhere and well dressed but also a good amount of guys.
The restaurant has incredible food. Consider combining your lunch or dinner there. Nothing is cheap but it delivers on quality and variety. My only main complaint with Scandallo is how much they mark up all their drinks, it's like 20 usd for a basic cocktail but anyways you are paying for the atmosphere and the experience. You hit your consumable 400 easily with food and beverage.
————————.
So anyways, back to the story. Interspersed with more logistics.
We decide to get food first. Some seasoned fish, sushi and cocktails. Delicious. We are chilling at our table waiting for food and a couple girls come over. We kind of expected this, most give you eyes but a few will just actually open you. We make small talk. Later they claim to be real life GF's and are interested in having a threesome with my wingman. He has had a thing for that lately. I don't think it's the best idea since they were below average for the venue, still cute though.
Amidst all this, another chick comes over. She has a slight Colombian look. A little taller. Jet black hair. Nice curves in the right spots, Light olive skin, Really beautiful face, eyes, smile, perfect teeth and lips wow. And I just loved her dimples next to her smile. Also softer demeanor than the other two more aggressive allegedly lesbo chicks LOL.
I think she only noticed one of the other girls when she came over and when she noticed the other one excused herself as it seemed we were paired up.
But I told her to stay and that the other chicks were with my wingman.
—————.
Negotiating amount -.
We have a good chat and rapport and eventually I tell her for 1250 brl we can go up. She says 2000 brl, I tell her no calmly and go back to eating my food. She says something about how she had to pay 500 brl entrance to work today or whatever. I just shrugged to signal that's not my concern. Then she comes back with 1500 brl. I tell her ok, on the condition we go the full hour with lots of good DFK and GFE. She is happy to agree.
A mistake a lot of guys make including my wingman today is they ask the girl how much and then try to pare it down after she gives a really high number (some stooges even accept their number no questions asked). You should always make the open offer and be leading. It's true in civilian life with women and it's true here as well. From what I have read here. 1000 brl - 1250 brl is a good range for women you are actually attracted to, to open with. They will always ask for more. In this instance I agreed to the 1500 brl since I am so rarely here and she was pleasant to be with and wasn't being sharky and pushy with rapport like many women. However, for anyone coming more regularly than twice a year to Scandallo, I would be more strict with holding your ground and maybe even try to snag some under 1000 brl, but good luck with that with any of the hotter ones. The women are a commodity, yes some are hotter than others, but no one is that special to over pay for.
—————————.
MORE Logistics. Built in Scandallo love hotel.
I suggest to her to go dancing a bit in the main club area before heading upstairs. It's just a really fun vibe with the live music and all the activity.
After that, this is how the logistics work.
We go back to elevators and go back down to the reception. There I waited a little for her to get her bag from the (girl's locker room? After that we go up these stairs that are separate from the two main elevators. This takes you to another separate reception area which is for the love hotel part of the establishment. Here you get the room assigned and the girl registers the amount that you agreed upon (in this case 1500 brl). I think you can just pay her directly in cash after between the two of you, but if you pay by card it will get marked up by 10%. I knew this and paid by card (1650 BRL) anyways for the convenience. But keep this in mind, in most cases it makes sense to be ready with cash for the girls payment specifically.
Once you finish, you give the room card back to the reception and now you pay again separately, this time just for the room. The room costs 340 BRL, there is NO 10% markup for that by paying with card, but double check anyways. And always DECLINE the currency conversion. Pay in BRL. If you go over an hour, I believe they will prorate by minute charge you extra per minute. I have not tested this. They have elevators (different ones from the main ones) where you will go up to and down from your room together. It's funny because sometimes you can have multiple couples in the elevator at once, but it's all good fun. The rooms have really nice showers and private toilet. Bed is also quite reasonable. They provide two towels, one for you and one for her.

Encounter.
We had a great time full of deeper and deeper DFK. When coming time for oral she did briefly reach for the condom but I cut that off politely and told her don't worry it's ok and she was off to the races. There should never be CBJ here. Just politely encourage and say it's ok in any situations where it may be heading in that direction. If it escalates, you can always say you will ask for the manager. Only in extraordinary situations will these these tactics not work. In any case, you should never be paying this sort of top dollar and getting a CBJ. Actually in Brazil, you should never be paying a pro for a CBJ in general.
Anyways, Holy fuck it was a way above average oral. I very nearly came. If I was in my 20's or hadn't nutted earlier in the day, I would've exploded right there. But fortunately didn't and now to the sex. Great tight pussy in side mish the way I like with lots of DFK, GFE. Did that for a good while and then had a nice deep pulsing orgasm, the kind that you don't always get but when it happens; you know you did it right.
We clean up and have a good time chatting after with a translator. She has really warmed up to me at this point. She says that since I will be here for a couple more days to take her number. We aren't able to search it so I give her mine and she messages me. Before, I Would be quite happy to see her again, but seasoned monger me is more interested in future variety with my precious short time here.
This is a good note. If you get good rapport with a girl, you can communicate by WhatsApp and set something up offsite.

Closing
I head back down in time to meet my wingman who also just wrapped up his session. He said it was decent but not nearly worth the two fees for both chicks. Not a surprise at all.
We go back to the main reception, back up the main elevator and walk around a few minutes in the main area to scope out talent. Just to look. There is still quite a respectable amount of good looking talent at 2:30 AM. It's really quite something.
We head back to the reception to pay. Total damage for me is 690 BRL (200 cover 490 consumables). I pay with credit Card. And we Uber away.
Stay tuned.
Question that came to mind as I was reading more about Scandallo and especially Casarao which directly impacted my decision to just stick to the clinicas during my first trip to SP, is why are these night time clubs open so late? Time and time again I heard that Casarao doesn't even get going until after midnight. At the same time, I kind of read that the majority of the clientele who visit these boates are local Brazilian dudes so apart from the weekend nights, don't these guys have daytime jobs to go to in the morning? Just wondering why these clubs (especially Casarao) made decisions to operate so late?

I recently discovered a post on Reddit where a guy does an outstanding job of comparing the best FKK in Germany today (Sharks) to Scandallo. I know that from time to time the readership here is interested in these kinds of comparisons, and this report is one of the best I have ever seen. If you've ever wondered about the FKKs in Germany, then it's absolutely worth your while to read the report. And even if you're not, then the report is still highly recommended since, over the course of it, he does a commendable job of detailing the ins and outs of Scandallo, which is quite useful for anyone who wants to know more about Scandallo too. And for those of you like me who are already quite familiar with both clubs, and who just love to take in a well-written and entertaining piece, you're going to love this report as well! So, as my favorite librarian used to say, check it out! Here's a link to it:

It's ground zero for the late-night Baixo Augusta scene. Take a look around Rua Augusta at 0100 am.
These ain't old dudes needing oatmeal and bran flakes for breakfast. Local Paulistanos are at the botecos on Augusta, filling up, so the club doesn't even get started until after midnight.
It's basically a local bachelor party boate for single and groups of swinging dicks. Guys roll in 5 to 8 deep for the cheap entry just to cop a feel, watch the strip show, and grab a 19-24 yo novinha (tons of young mineiras from MG) to take to the rooms next door.
I've literally stood in line and watched dudes get turned away at the door for being underage and trying to sneak in. You will *never* see that happen at higher-end spots like Scandallo, Gauguin, Café Foto, or Connection. They skew older.
Next time it's packed and you're sitting on that long sofa for a room to open up with your favorite garota on your lap, do the test. Look down the row and quietly ask yourself:
Mofo "Younger than me, or older?" You'll quickly realize who is the oldest gringo in the joint kkkk.
Pro tip: The manager at Casarão has been running the floor for 21 years. He works the register on busy nights. If you want the real history of the scene, chat him up on a slow night. Same goes for Scandallo their managers have 18 to 21 years in the game too. History of how and why they do shit successfully for decades while other spots come and go.
This was one of the best Scandallo breakdowns I've read. My first trip will be later this year, I will certainly bookmark this post! Thanks!

Sao Paulo Day 1 .
Appreciate it. Here a few extra miscellaneous Scandallo tips from the forum that I can confirm, for the sake of more completeness.
- If you are going to consume a lot of alcohol in a group, or plan to come multiple nights, you can get a bottle and they will store it for you up to several months.
- 340 brl is the charge for the room. If you take a girl out of the club, this changes to a 400 brl takeout fee, so unless you have a specific reason for this, don't do it. After your test drive at the venue, you can get her number and schedule something later and avoid this fee if you want. I think the 10% card fee is not applied to this but you can confirm it.
- For whatever reason, if you take up multiple girls, they charge the 340 brl each time even if you only use one room.
- If you bring a girl to the venue, instead of the usual cover fee scheme, she pays the 400 brl takeout fee and gets no consumable spending from that.
- They are open noon to 5 AM every day but closed Sundays. Saturday has been reported to be the quietest and Thursday the most optimal, and nights better than daytime, but ymmv, try it all out.
