I think its a fairly solid report, though I wanted to highlight that in my experience the difference in quality of service is truly staggering. The club had a good vibe and felt very professional like Scandallo, but the talent lineup was a complete miss for me. I did not see a single girl who really impressed me, it felt like the sort of background characters at Scandallo who I would basically look past without even considering. Attractive enough, but not that I would consider paying for. I looked around for about an hour before getting cornered by a girl who I had no interest in, and after about 20 minutes of that I decided to leave and get some sleep that night. Given the lineup, I did have a bit of sticker shock in seeing my 500 are bill for entry.

Wednesday: I make my way to Scandallo at 10 pm and eat a late dinner. Entry was 600 are with 400 are consumable, so a tiny bump from my last visit. That said, it was absolutely worth it. Scandallo remains the kind of environment I would call an embarrassment of riches. I grabbed some phone numbers, took one to the room for that 1500 are which does seem to be the standard asking price, and had a great night. Attitude makes a world of difference for me, and she was extremely positive, friendly, and upbeat. To give people a sense of the kind of quality the club maintains, I accidentally dropped a 100 are note from my bill fold when paying her, and as I was at the door the girl pointed it out on the bed to me.

Thursday: I make my way to Casarao again, and run into a girl I went with many times on my last visit. She was always lots of fun, and this time was no exception. Back then she did 400 are for a half or 600 are for an hour, and this time was the same. I initially only planned for the half but we quickly ran out of time and she called someone to bring a card reader and I paid to extend the time.

Friday: I had been really enjoying the new Casarao environment so I decided to keep pressing my luck. Did a half hour with a redhead for 400 are, good looking girl and solid service. While the current pricing seems quite high to me, I get the sense most have a threshold amount of money they are trying to clear and would be more flexible on time to do it.

Gauguin – Why I call it Scandallo lite.

I've been spending more time at Gauguin lately, and the comparison to Scandallo Lounge keeps holding up. For me the similarities are cool but it operates at a different price point for similar atmosphere.

Why "Scandallo Lite" actually fits.

1. Same family tree of Scandallo DNA, smaller scale.

Gauguin has the same core structure:

• multi-floor layout.

• bar-centered interaction.

• decent rooms upstairs.

• steady rotation of 50-60 garotas sexy garotas, a notch below Scandallo night but equivalent to Scandy 's day shift.

Many of the waiters, security guys, receptionist, wait staff and garotas previously.

Worked at scandallo. Every night there is at least one garota saying she also worked dayshift Scandallo (confirmed) So on day one entering the place I had instant connection with house staff & friendky faces.

She asked for 600 and I countered 400 and she said lets go. After the freaking long wait of 30 minutes, to get a room. We get there and the siren rings after 30 minutes. I exploded and told her it was 1 HR we agreed. She said it wasn't 1 HR but 30 minutes. It soo put me off.

The trick is to make sure when the room rate is being paid, you're are there or pay yourself.

Scandallo rates are becoming crazy and unreasonable. My last visit there I got a sweet heart for 800 reals. All natural. No painted face with make, soft bubble and very fun lively. I had seen some pretty things, but the rates were crazy and I wasn't buying. I was about leaving when I went round the club one more time and saw her at the bar in the open area. I looked at her from far and didn't see much, then turned around and about leaving when she grabbed my hand. Turned around and saw she was very pretty close up and natural. She asked for a 1200 and I said 800 r. She came down to 1000 r and I still stood at 800 r. She agreed and we left. One of my best sessions in Scandallo. At exit my bill was close too 2000 r. Still way too much.
