I have swiped and tapped around to search for it within the other options but still have not found it or anything like it. Any suggestions for where it might be if it doesn't show up on the Recommended list or anywhere else on that page?

There is nothing special that I downloaded other than the normal line app. The version that I have is 6.9.1 on Android.

I'm on 6. 9. 1 on Android too and do not have "People Nearby".
