Saturn doesn't have the advantage that Palace has. Palace can depend on Ausländern who don't realize that there are better and cheaper alternatives. I would bet that Saturn will realize this if they try to use this as an excuse to raise prices on a Grundig Radio or an HP Laptop that one can get on eBay for 20 to 30% less. Given that new 19% Mwst, this is certainly what I would do.

Do you think that the geizig Schwabians will act any differently?

Palace does not advertise as the cheapest, but as the best and most exclusive FKK-Club (what most other FKK-clubs do to). And Saturn does invest a lot of money into advertising to create the image as the cheapest company, but actually their prices are not that good. So it is still all about image and reputation. And I still do not agree, that there are so many better alternatives to Palace.

Re: Oase. You are asking a question which was already answered earlier. We've given you advice on this topic before so why ask the question again?

Having said all of this, this thread also has newbies who post saying they had a very good time at this club.

It all depends on what kind of vibe you send out at this club. If you are one of those whiny types who may as well have a [i]Rip Me Off![/i] sign taped on their backs, you will probably step on every single mine in this minefield.

I'm probably a bit biased because I am pretty comfortable with Palace and enough of the girls remember me from repeat visits that I probably accure some regular customer benefits. As I think back on being a newbie at the dearly departed Atlantis, then I just went with any girll that caught my eye and had pretty good experiences on the whole. I can only remember one experience I thought was a ripoff or on the order of a bad experieince at Palace. Still even with good selection techniques, I still run about a 10% rate of laufhaus experiences at Palace. It is almost always when I pick based on a girl's appearance alone.

Oase I only visit about once or twice a year so I don't get regular customer benefits. I run into the occassional substandard service at Oase, but I have had a higher proportion of fun and unique experiences at Oase. As an example, after recieving a Kino BJ from a rather shy girl from one of the central asian russian republics, she explained to me that it was her first time doing that in the Kino. Her skills weren't great, but she was trying, so that comment kind of made the experience unique.

Anyway, if picking girls purely at random at both Palace and Oase, you will definately run into a higher rate of bad experiences. At Palace you must:

1) Observe, observe, observe (the Kino is the best friend of an informed customer)
2) Make them believe you will be here regularly (if she asks if you are her on business or vacation, the correct answer is business)
3) Never answer yes if she asks if it is your first time here.
4) There are exceptions, but don't go with the Romanians
5) If you go enough times, repeat with a couple of your favorite girls
6) If you are comfortable with it, do it in the Kino. She knows her performance is on display for other customers.
