The market is now pretty stable. The last one who tried had great location, centrally in Zurich, interior looked great in pictures, but he could only get the girls from his previous club (Club Diskret I think) to work there. He fought a long time in courts to be allowed to open, since it was in a mixed commercial-residential zone. I think it went up to the federal court.
Then some friendly guys spilled butyric acid at the entrance of the club.
BTW, Globe had the butyric acid issue when they opened too. From what I heard they had to renovate quite a bit after that. Somebody doesn't welcome additional competition.
