It's not the only place to be fair, OLA OLA for example had very poor front desk service which again surprised me. And thinking back now I do remember a different guy on reception when I was leaving who was far more engaging.

I'll make a point of searching him out the next time I get the opportunity to visit. I 'd been looking forward to the visit as I had heard good things about the girls.
