But....[/QUOTE]Yeah. Those pics show nothing of the real Charamicos, as you can probably see, they were taken at quiet, dead times when nobody was really paying attention to me.
The real scene is on weekend nights, when the street comes alive and everybody's buzzed.
Especially Sunday, when they all come out to the street to meet and drink and the music gets loud, but then you keep a low profile and can't walk around like some newbie tourist pointing a camera at people.
If a monger is having a good time with a chica and she invites him back there, I would strongly recommend he go, the folks are friendly (he's there by invitation) and though he'll be expected to pony up for a round of beers, he'll pay tienda prices for the king size.
And there's some seriously fresh beauties there. Some, who you maybe seeing on the strip in a couple years. My last trip I turned down an offer from a beauty in Sosua, because I'd known her as a kid.
A great thing to do if you get a little tired of the strip.
