A Hungarian lovely fire in bed made many 50 € rooms at Sharks, elsewhere she had many 1 h30 for 150 € rooms with me, so she always did welcome me. She made more with 3 or 4 rooms in her new club than with 8 or 10 rooms at Sharks. Girls level is on par with business and clients level. Since 2014/2015, clients change at Sharks, and really at night.

The only advise I can give you is to just move on and not return with girls you get bad experiences with. Speak with your wallet. If a girl in particular is bad, chances are also that her best friends also act in the same way. As girls talk a lot regarding how to approach different guys. Find a great girl, and chances are her friends are also superb in the room.

I used this tactic recently at Wellcum, and noticed how Daria's friends are all fantastic there. So try to find one of these micro leaders among the girls with a good reputation. Perhaps she is as smart as Daria (Wellcum) who understands customer relations.

Regarding the bad service Sharks is not good, it is one of their issues. There have been many reports about their bad service.

I personally don't like sitting at the bar ordering drinks but many other do.

This is a really good advice.

We are there anyways for enjoyment. Some you enjoy, some you don't. Move on.

I have had similar instances where I have just paid up and when asked at the reception. I told them about the inicident not as a complain but as information.

I didn't expect them to enquire / investigate or give me compensation.

At some they did enquiry and apologised, at some they enquired apologised and compensated (by a next free entry pass).

The fact is don't create a scene and move on but let the reception know of the incident.

If mongers avoided Sharks due to poor service the attitude of the employees would change in an instant. My approach is that I'm there for the sex not the smiles of the staff so their bad service is not an issue for me.

World and Oase also considered quality of service a non important option and now see the results.

Interestingly quality of service is considered the most important part of any business except brothels, only because of sex.

And only because of sex, performers are always right, right?

Anyone now say that quality decreased in world and Oase.

The same can happen with sharks, as well.

And with other place, as well.

I'm not a sharks expert, but I'm sure that quality of service is the most important part of any business, saunaclubs included.

Lack of smiles is from staff is fine. But bar staff especially seems overworked during peak hours. This gives me the impression that the club is trying to cut corners and save money or they are incompetent. This in turn makes me question management's commitment to customer satisfaction. I believe such a general attitude pervades to other areas such as quality control of the WGs that work there. For instance, letting WGs continue to work there even after they have piled up complaint after complaint. That said, by most accounts, they are doing this better in regard than their regional competitors like Oase, Palace, Mainhattan.

When no girl never complained about me at Sharks desk, when I had the prettiest girl, now one of the prettiest at Globe, coming to me as soon she saw me, asking me to start her day with me, weekly for nearly 1 year, but I was asked twice by desk to go to Turkish manager, because a German guy wanted I was forbidden at Sharks, telling about my writings on this forum, manager telling me: If You don t like, go elsewhere, he is right, but he never forbid me, so I met all desk girls, I often asked bar girls to play TV for me, some remember my drink, even not anymore a regular. Since 2014 , I discovered, Sharks really improved for club, but for the most important for me = girls, unfortunately Sharks is not anymore what it was when it was the best casting in Germany in 2015/2016 , now lack of beauties and charm, so can t have pleasure for sex, but really no problem for me about staff, I just follow manager good advice, I try to find beauties elsewhere, when my last Sharks great beauty was on June 2018 , a real wow beauty super GFE made for love in bed, wet with chicken skin, Romanian of course, 25 yo, but she left after less than 2 weeks, she refused everything for 50 €. Couldn't find any desirable girl on my last visits, unfortunately, but another Hessen club improved for casting for me.

I for example do not tell my username to the performers and If they ask then I actually invent one casual name, that's not their business.

Also I use a shared account for me and my roommates because that's more simple to manage on the same computer, so I can write today something and tomorrow one of my roommates writes another comment.

For example if they ask if I'm online I can also decide to answer and I tell them a random name xyxy or draculaonline.

80% of the drinks served by the bar staff are water or coke. Club managements would reduce the load on the bar girls and improve the experience for the men by installing water and soda fountains and plastic cups in easy reach. For some reason, this simple solution escapes them.
