I always fly Tiger airways only problem I had was I was late arriving in Singapore one time and missed my connecting flight to Clark. I just spoke to the girl at the service counter at the Budget terminal in Singapore and paid cash for a new ticket to Clark the next day. You can always try Cebu Pacific from Singapore to Cebu then fly from Cebu to Clark if you have to.

I think they are usually fully booked, which may explain their laziness about answering emails. No excuse, but that's the way things are in Phil.

No swimming pool, sorry for my earlier post which was misleading.

I have had some problems with Tiger Airways and credit card payment myself. I tried to use a M/C from one bank and it spat. Tried a couple of times - same result. I tried another M/C from another bank and ok. Not sure what the problem is, but it is definitely possible that Tiger is having merchant vs bank problems from time to time.

Pity, because I like them. They fly right into Clark - what's not to like. :)

just want to tell what happen to me yesterday on my usual weekend trips to angeles city.

I decided to take swagman bus to angeles city, had a breakfast in Swagmann hotel, Beef tapa (terrible meat)made me a little pxxd cause I was in holiday mood, long weekend
Some noisy couple went in,guy with his 2 horrible noisy kids and his wife (look to me she work in the P4P busness before...I decided to get my headset out and put it on high volume to my favoured Old skul of rock CD.

After the bad breakfast I decide to order sM LIGHT to get started for AC.

Anouncement came to "board the fly the bus" which I did. Its May now and its really really hot. When "on board" I ask for SM light..."Sorry sir, out of stock" WTF....how can a resto get out of stock with SM light or any oher cold drinks...stupid excuse....I put my headset on again, and higher the volume..
I looked out of the window and the Driver still in Manila. what took him so long? I guess it was May 1st, so some rallys where going on and blocking some mayor roads..or...he just stupid :D..who knows...

We made the usual stop at a gas station with 7/11. At this time the sorry-sir.fly-the-bus-***** could get some cold drinks...nada...of we went again..

3 Km before san fernando a loud BANG occured...Bus stops , we had flat tire..Great!!! I get off the bus and me and some other guys standing in the shades having bets on how long it will take that we got picked up from their other bus....traffic police arrived..after the discussion with the drivers they told that if they dont remove theis bus within 30 minutes somebody esle will do it...Swagmann was called and they assure they will be here on time.

45 minutes later we heard another loud BANG..another truck lost his tire..instead of parking his truck on the right lane, he parked just on the left..causing allmost-accidents. from overtakin cars , cause normally the left line should be free for overtaking.right?? no, not right, we in the Philippines.. I watched the traffic control, they were still in their car, doing nothing..havent they seen the accident?? havent they heard the load BANG??? I went to them and told them they was anothr accident. "Yes sir, many acciddents here" I told them that there was another accident right now..They looked at me like I was from planet mars.. I took the guys hand and showed them where the truck parked..ON the f...ing left lane!!!They react very quick, took them just 5 minutes to decide to do something.

Now what they did wasnt to kick the drivers ass and just pull down the Truck to the right lane so it wont cause any trouble, no they closed the left lane so that the low life truck driver could repair his flat tire...

That was to much for me...I need a cold beer, I guess it was 40 degrees...I think I haluzinate I saw a young gurl walkin with an umbrella coming from nowhere, aproaching the highway..she passed by with a smile and then kept on walkin along the high way to san fernando...not a halluzination....its the PHILIPPINES!!

after an hour or so we were sitting in a cold aircon bus again..heading to angels city. I heard some mechanical noise again...please dear god, just bring us to AC, please....no cold beer on board...I should know it...

1st of may, labour day, yeah , I should know it, some f.kersdecide to do a rally...of course it happend when we were on the way to fields to load off the mongers from fly the bus..I got off the bus, I need a shower, a cold beer, maybe both at the same time...called my fav hotel, sorry sir we fully booked, called my secound one, sorry sir we.....called swis chalet, sorry, sorry, went to ochid inn, yesss...they had a room for me, just for a night, who cares I need a beer, a shower. Price was 2750p but they give me allways 10 percent discount.

Took some nap after shower and cold beer, dressed and went to Gecko bars. Looked at the tall waitress. She was smiling to me, told me it was her first day as wettres , she worked as a cashier before. Barfined her, went to my hotel, she was hot and super horny..bum2 her all night..had to kick her out on the mornng, gave her a tip..txt my german buddy who decide to went to Puerto gallera this weekend about my recent luck with the barfine. he txt me back "F U..nothign happends in here its all sh..t"

Well, some guys get all the luck :D

Sitting at orchid inn now and typin this. Got some stomach ache last night, took first dia tab, doesnt worked, then went back to pharmacie and request something molu...or lasmitol...not sure about the spelling and that seems to work now..
Went to bed early but couldnt sleep well, so off I went to Dollhouse, knowing that my so called GF workin in atlantis nearbye which I decide not to meet cause of my "problems" Loaded with gatorate I decide to talk to a gurl named Mona lisa, one of the famous gurls there, solo dancer, spotlight, 25 and still virgin and she wanted 3000 p for barhop LOL..anyway I didnt want to take any body oiut so I waved her over and we talked and when i told her where I live her eyes get gloomy and I could see the green money blinkin :D. I gave her my adress and my cp number , she had relatives living nearby, so maybe i get lucky..Anyway, thats not the point of my story. When i was in DH I realized some gurls eying me, when I left i ve been asked where I go, I asnwerd home, cause Im sick. Once Iwas in orchid inn, suprise, surprise who comes in with 2 asian guys, acording to their noise and behavior they must be korean. My so called GF with another hottie from atlantis..When she saw me she died instantly :D and turned into something like Lot`s wife....

Sorry to use two cliches in one sentence...but, been there, done that ...and I feel your pain. Jealousy/hearbreak has to be one of the worst emotions. Fear can be fun, people sky dive and ride rollar coasters and watch horror movies. Jealousy/heartache is just a fkd emotion that it's best to just get over it....it's amazing how many people react and overreact to such feelings -- the Filipinos especially!

On the bright side, AC is a good place to forget about a woman.

And I'll add something...even if the girl IS NOT a bar girl...if you aren't on site 24/7 you have to understand that she might stray or otherwise look for greener pastures. And even IF you take her out of the bar and give her an allowance, you still have no guarantees if you aren't there.

Way back when, when I was in the military and made six month voyages to the ends of the earth...I seem to remember the cheating and/or divorce rates being very high. If any American "old salts" are reading, do you remember the Westerner in National City? Wow, what drama, what debauchery!
