Not going to put you on blast, but less than two weeks ago I took a look at units for rental for one year. The conditions of the units were unacceptable to me compared to the unit I was in that was set up for vacation rental.

Are you serous? That kitchen is straight wack. Look at the size of the refrigerator. The stove top is dated. At least the size of the unit is decent at 48 m2. It is obvious that our tastes different quite a bit.

However, if you live there you just make it known to agents you get along with (many jerk agents in Pattaya BTW) what you are looking for and for what price and they will find it for you.

As for VT6, I stopped staying there in 2016. Building too old for me. I didn't even look at the photos of the link I posted.

I would often see that you were online (green light moniker button) for minutes on end, but then when I'd check for new posts, nothing of yours was ever posted. So naturally, I just chalked it up to, you just sending emails to other members.

I noticed, same thing was happening with MDS1, but it was obvious (to you and me) why his posts may have being held up. But lately, I've notice MDS1's post have been different in syntax, meaning he's no longer using the "reply" feature (I think) and making up his own "pseudo" relpies. Hence I think it has made a difference for him, having his posts, posted quicker. This is just an observation, mind you, as I don't know for sure.

I myself, seldom use the [B]"Reply With Quote"[/B] button and "construct" my replies in a text editor (or in MS Word), using bulletin board posting syntax. When the post is ready I use the [B]"Add Report"[/B] button and then cut-and-paste into the ISG editor.

I started doing most of my posts this way, as I did sense (like you have for sometime now), that there was some delay in my posts showing up. Perhaps just my imagination, perhaps NOT, but that's what now works best for me.

Probably a dumb question, but have you asked ADMIN to either sort it out, or give you an legit explanation as to why this is happening to you?
