I don't want to encourage bareback but in assessing the risk, you take into consideration how likely the girl is HIV positive. Studies have suggested around 0.1 -1 % in China. Female to male transmission is less efficient than male to female. Anyway, I estimate the risk each time of getting HIV barebacking an apparently healthy working girl with no ulcers in normal vaginal intercourse is around 1 in 5000-10,000. Within condom, it comes down to less than the risk of taking a taxi.
