Use of dental dams is on the increase at least in UK and Dubai. The fact is you are far less likely to get an STI from receiving oral than giving it and that applies both to men and women. How odd it is that none of us are offended at girls wanting to use condoms for BJ (for sure in all FKKs it is available without for the right money as opposed to automatic pre July 2017) - but if you pulled out a dental dam to perform DATY the girl might possibly take offence? I agree with you that most wouldn't have any issue with it. It actually also provides them with some protection though more so for the giving male. I have a friend in Germany who told me the only time he got an STI was from giving oral to a girl in the RLD during a BDSM session and he said he thought she didn't have good hygiene so complained but obviously didn't stop early enough. Visited Sharks around 3 PM and only stayed till about 6 PM; line up was OK but not as good as I expected on a Saturday night; maybe I didn't stay long enough. I think the 2017 law was not good enough to protect the WGs from STDs. We should advocate for improving the law by making it mandatory that both WGs and customers must wear full hazmat suits so that there is absolutely zero chance of any sort of spread of diseases in the sex industry. It can still be up for national (and forums) debates and subsequent election (voting) item if WGs and customers should be separated by air-tight glass cases.

In summary, we must stop any chance of sexually or otherwise transmitted diseases, as it should have been the case always. Science and technology have already the solution, why not use it. For example, humans used to meet in person in bars/clubs/parties/schools/offices in the last century but that was messy and you could catch common cold or other diseases by physical contact or proximity. Now with advent of Social Media/Apps/ online schools and remote offices, you can meet other humans without any chance of such physical contacts or proximity. Next logical step can be online virtual sex with the person you met online. You can send sperm and eggs to a certified bank who would validate that these are devoid of any diseases before they implant them on a certified clean surrogate mother to create your disease free babies, in case you want. Eventually, everything can and should be risk free and virtual, and that includes sex.
