Been a long-time lurker but thought I'd offer some advice as I've been living and working in both Hanoi and HCMC for a good few years now.

Wechat seems to be dead or close to dead in Hanoi, been like this since around November time last year and all I seem to get are very few female profiles, and those that I get are all ones with Chinese text.

Note that I've tried with multiple different SIMs on Vietnamobile, Viettel, etc and it doesn't seem to make a difference unfortunately.

They have no standards for dissolving and absorption into the body, this is why many hospitals don't use VN made drugs (this is slowly changing, but a long ways off to be better). YOu can buy viagara in pharmacies, 4 pack of tabs and still pretty inexpensive as I recall.

Pharmacy in Vui Vien street knew what the product but did not have it on hand. Offered to order it for me. Good luck.

Went to Family Medical Practice on Kim Ma and two European doctors that I spoke to there suggested that it's worth trying Adagrin even if the standards for dissolving / absorption aren't tested properly, as the active ingredient is still the same.

At the same time, I also obtained a prescription for Pfizer Viagra (50 MG / tab) which was fairly expensive at just over $8 per tablet. However these are the real deal and I got them from the pharmacy in the Medical Practice.

Will give Adagrin a go soon so will report back with whether it's any good, especially as it's an eighth of the price of Pfizer Viagra.

3. If everything works out OK, she will reply with the hotel address.

4. When you reach the hotel, do you ask the front desk for a room for 2 hours? Is an ID usually needed?

5. Does the front desk only charge for the room, and is the tip for the lady paid to her directly?

Apologies if the questions were too basic, but some things were probably lost in translation in my reading, and this being my first time in Vietnam would greatly appreciate understanding the basics.

Hai Bay Hotel is girl friendly and after 10 pm guests must leave ID at reception.
