Well if I jumped with my fists in the air, people will think I'm ripping off Superman. As for the jumping, my force will be an exact opposite of the falling force so that would mean I'd basically float in the middle for a second as it crashes down.

Btw, I heard that they use two mules to pull the elevator up and down, you can see them on the roof of Cascadas, very cute animals, if you ever get stuck in the elevator is because they're acting like mules go or no go.

The closing for my land I bought in Ensenada was in Tijuana so I decided to monger afterwards.
I was a little worried at first because of hearing about all of the problems with the policia, hackers, and crime. I did not have any problems at all but then again it was Wednesday, not the weekend. I stayed at hotel Hacienda de Santiago because it had a parking garage. It did not have AC and it was rather hot.
I walked around alot and was impressed how pretty the SG are and the number of them. I am used to Mexicali and you just have to know how to handle the hackers. The food I ate in centro was OK.
I decided to go to AB as there was not much happening in CC or HC. I was in AB for about 5 minutes and a girl sat down next to me. We started small chat and so I offered her a drink. She was from Acapulco. Can't remember her name. She was friendly rubbed oscar and showed me her tatas.
From reading the posts I knew the going rate. So for $100 for the hour we went upstairs. She was 27 years old and like most putas have kids from a loser Mexicano who won't pay child support.
Anyhow she was a 7 on looks, nice 36 D (boughten) chi chis, 4ft 11" and medium build. She started with a massage which was below average. Then I decides to have some daty. In Mexicali I can have the room and chica for 40 minutes for $82 at El Establo and Bar Sandiego I always feel safe in Mexicali and will try Tijuana again, maybe on a weekend.
Does anyone know of a hotel which has good AC and safe parking for your auto. If not are the pay parking lots secure?

All right, someone put this thread back on topic!
So far, I will be in Tijuana next week. I am thinking. From SD airport I will walk to the trolley, cause it is only a mile or so, I will only have a backback and I will need to catch up on my cigarette smoking. Trolley to border. Walk to arch (after flight and trolley I will need to stretch my legs). Grab a taco or my favorite ice cream and stroll through the alley. I will then look for the different hotels to stay in. I will take my time cause I will be there three nights. I might even stop for a massage while checking. I will check in the hotel, shower and change clothes. Then back to the zona for targets of opportunity in the alley. After about three I will spend a couple hours enjoying the clubs. I will want to just relax by then and enjoy the atmospheres. Then back to the alley to find a girl for hours of fun later (I always make dates in advance). I get to restless to sit in same bar very long (usually no more than an hour or so at a time). I will keep switching between alley and clubs. I like taking the chica out to eat or dancing before going to my hotel. Once the hotel is complete I will repeat the cycle. Looking forward to seeing the waiter mafia and feeding the elevator burros. Sorry I could not resist.
had a very rare few hours to myself last saturday, sept 13, so i made a run for the border. i didn't really know how a saturday afternoon would be, but took a shot.
getting there: i don't go to tj with anywhere near the frequency as some of you, but i have been a dozen times or so. since i was there in the afternoon, and knew i would be returning before late, i opted to park in the mexicoach lot and take their bus into town. parking is $8, and the busride is about the same, if i remember right. that was probably a mistake. the trip in took about an hour because of a holdup at the border. walking and taxi from teh border would have been quicker. the bus takes you into town and drop you at their station near 7th and revolution. i then walk from there to the zone.
street girls: even on a saturday afternoon, there are lots of girls plying on the streets. as you all know, they are young, and many are very attractive. they come in all shapes and sizes. i especially appreciated the ultra-spinner standing down the alley from the now-back entrance to hong kong.
hong kong: i spent a fair part of my time in town at hong kong. you all are right, it has changed quite a bit. in fact, that was why i wanted to make a run -- to see how it is. i can see why some would not like it, but i did. it's more like a stateside strip joint, but more rough and tumble. at any given time there are at least six girls dancing on stages. most of the time i was there two of the (the best lookers, imho), were doing a whipped creme thing with each other, then going around the room collecteg money from everyone there. they made a ton of ones. the young girls (someone referred to them as cheerleaders) were also there, and they were very cute, but they didn't appear to be interested in any interaction with the guys. i like hong kong. the pushiness is annoying, but you can deal with that.
adelita's: ab has also changed a little bit since i was there last, but nothing like the major renovations at hong kong. still has the best lookers, and the girls are more likely to try to connect with you, as opposed to hong kong, where you generally need to connect with them.
mermaids: has anyone been here lately? i don't here anything more about it. i didn't go in thise time. the last time i did, there was noone inside. does anyone go here any more? or how about the other mermaids on 8th, or 9th, or thereabouts? i have to admit that i like the schoolgirl theme. and i have tried some other massage places in town. some of them have stunningly attractive girls, at about the same cost as a 45-year old here stateside.
tropical: i peeked inside, and it was busy, but i didn't stay.
chicago club: this place was empty both times i checked.
general observations: it is obvious to me that the crime is hurting tijuana. for a saturday afternoon, in the summer, with mild weather, there were very few tourists. many of the shops, stores and clubs along revolution are shuttered. i am no expert, but i think people are afraid to cross the border.
trip out: left the mexicoach terminal at 7:00. the trip out took a long time, too, because of traffic. the lines at la linea was not long, though, and since i had my handy passport card, there were no problems. border patrol was letting people without paperwork through, but being as obnoxious as they could be to get the point across that they needed the right papers.
