I think your problem is you are looking in all the wrong places. You don't have to go to Macumba/Jokers to get what you want, any market girl, girl you pass in the street just strike up conversation with one you like, it works but you may have to invest a little time. The rewards are worth reaping, much better attitude for a start. I have been in Ghana a lot and have never even bothered with Macumba, too many hard core pros.

You can definitely get a nice session for 30 cedis. Some girls will even stay the night and be happy the next morning with 30 cedis. Not pros though. But you could get pros for around 40 or so. Some you can get cheaper of course but you get what you pay for.

When I am not wishing I were back in Africa I am an emergency physician.

Taking a Cipro once every four or five days is based on absolutely no sensible recommendation in the literature.

IF traveler's diarrhea develops, Cipro can be taken twice a day for five days with the expectation that it will lessen duration and severity of symptoms.

It should not be taken prophylactically at all.
