Rio de Janeiro Reports

After seeing most of what barra had to offer I decided I wanted to spend my last night in copa. So, I cut my airbnb short a day early and moved back to pestana. Did some shopping. It was raining so I relaxed and finished my bottle of Bombay in the room before heading out. First stop was Casablanca. Ended up being my only stop of the night. There was a gorgeous negra spinner there that a young man named Johnathan introduced me to. Angel was her name. I was buzzed and feeling good and way under budget I decided to offer to buy a bottle. They were having a Halloween party and the vibe was good. The costumes were amazing, the DJ was playing great tracks. Ended up buying 6 or 7 bottles and Angel kept saying it was almost show time. I wasn't sure what she meant until the show started. She was the star of the show. A cute spinner started with a pole dance then it transitioned to her. She did her dance which was seductive, elegant and beautiful. She then called her friend up whom I was sitting with to join her and she stripped her friend naked and they made out and 69 the on stage and then once the show was over both came back to join me. I can tell when a person is struggling and in need and when a person is comfortable and is getting by. I went to Brazil under abnormal circumstances in an extraordinary time. People all over the world are struggling financially and psychologically. Whether one tips or not and how much is ultimately up to them. I never tipped them until they were walking out the door and had already showed my appreciation vocally. In normal times I would have tipped much less or not at all, but these are hardly normal times. Also, I feel that given the low number of ladies I took this trip I will single handedly drive market prices.

I spent many weeks reading different forums trying to decide what to do. I was psychologically very much in need of a vacation. I had a trip planned for March of 2020. I booked the trip in Dec 2019. Everything was booked and paid for. I was to do 4 days in Bangkok, a week in Pattaya, 3 days in Siem reap, a week in Phnom Pehn, a week in Saigon, and a final 3 days in Bangkok. Needless to say I was devastated Thailand shutdown the day I was supposed to land. I only cancelled two days before I was supposed to leave as I had every intention of going until it became painfully obvious it was not going to happen. I had saved $9000 for this trip and used all of my 120 hours of vacation time and 4 days of unpaid time off work. I had planned on waiting it out but once it became obvious it would be middle of 2021 before this was a possibility I decided to look at other options. Tijuana was my first pick but after research and having to travel through California, I decided this was not the best choice for me. I actually looked really hard at Aruba and even participated in some surveys they conducted before they had even reopened but my state was not one that require no testing, vacation is not something I was willing to gamble on an untrustworthy test. The only options left at this point were Brazil and Turkey. I had no desire to go to Turkey and had interest in Brazil. It has to be top 5 countries for any monger.

Having decided on Brazil I knew Rio was the only option for me. Bangkok is the only large city I have ever enjoyed spending time in. I am a country boy. So, a week before the trip I booked and paid for my flight and rooms. Flight from Miami to Rio was around $600 round trip. Rooms were around $600 for 8 or so nights. That left me with around $7000 to play with. Usually I go for quantity over quality on my mongering trips. But once I saw the quality on offer in Rio my plans changed. I decided to only go for the best and not settle. I pulled 3 9's and 1 solid 10. A few 8's and the only time I settled was at Paris cafe. I went with the cool chick over a better looking one and she did not disappoint. Rio was full of great choices. Although it is a bit more work than SEA to seek out the ladies it is worth the effort. One of the biggest questions I have been asked by friends is how it ranks compared to other places I have gone exclusively for mongering. Here is my ranking. Pattaya Rio Bangkok Cebu Miami. There are many factors that come into play quality, quantity, value, performance etc. This is just my opinion. All is subjective and ymmv.

I would visit Rio again if I could get a direct flight from Miami. I think a week would be enough time for someone like myself who has limited time off work and obligations at home. More time would be great but just is not an option at this time. I met a lot of really cool people and got along great. My last day a lady was actually shocked when I told her I had only been in Brasil for 8 days. She thought I had been there much longer by the way I acted and got along. Her words. She said, I think you are becoming Brasilian. Well anyway next stop Cebu (March 2021) to do some retirement planning and take care of business interests. If at all possible I will spend a week in Phnom Penh or Pattaya if either are open for Farang / Barang.

If you are on the fence or not sure about Rio. I highly recommend giving it a try. A friend was supposed to go with me but cancelled due to fear of danger. It is a city treat it like any other city and you will be fine. Shit happens, all you can do is be smart and careful. Something I have not mentioned thus far is insurance. I RTFF and went with seven wonders it was $38 for $500,000 in medical. I was not asked for any proof along the way and luckily did not need it. My top advice would be RTFF. This tool has been invaluable and I plan on becoming a paid member once I figure out how. Take care everyone. Until next time.

Ended up booking 3 hours for 400 with girl from last night after my first hour earlier in the day.

From the forum it seemed that guests weren't a problem there, but I wonder if covid has had any change in that, anyone with recent info?

Just in case some aren't aware, the insurance requirement was lifted maybe sometime within the last month. It's not even listed in the Brazilian embassy website any longer. So, unless you want it for a piece of mind or something, no need to purchase it before your trip to Rio.

Value, selection, typical performance were most important. The value in Miami is not there unless you are local or your budget is limitless. I found the prices to be higher than even Chicago which I did not even mention because of my utter disdain for that city.

A dime is a dime. The dimes in Rio are far less expensive and much more friendly. My experience of Bangkok consisted of everything but soapies. Beer bars, massage parlors, street walkers, gogos, escorts. I had a full week in Bangkok. Shagged 3 to 5 times a day. While Bangkok has a better layout more options and is more convenient, the people of Rio won me over and the amount of quality girls is unreal. For me Thailand will always be a once a year visit for me once things are back to normal. I would like to venture to other places. My top 4 others as of today are Colombia, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar. Thank you for taking the time to post. Rio has a strange effect on people, they either love it or hate it, and there are plenty of reasons for both emotions. And sure, "the trade" in Rio is not nearly in your face like in Pattaya, but the quality can be amazing, and they really like to fuck. Imagine that!

Folks who criticize you for spending "too much" couldn't care less about your budget. We care about ours. Today a GDP got a huge tip from a gold-hearted gringo -- tomorrow, not only will she expect these kinds of tips from other gringos, but she also broadcasts that to her GDP network. Now every girl thinks that goldhearted gringos dispensing generous tips is the new normal. That idea you might've put in her head doesn't do any good to anyone, including you if you intend to frequent this destination.

When I feel grateful for a great service, I normally do what allows me to connect with them better and also have some fun myself. Treating a girl to a good meal or a show they like, buying a few drinks for her and her friends, or even buying some toys for their kids (within reason) can be more satisfying to her and more fun to you than shoving some money down her purse.

Rio is more dangerous than Bangkok or American cities, and that's no joke. I've never been a victim of a crime during my many visits (other than from shitbird mafia), but you must be extremely careful in Rio streets. One seriously shouldn't go into deserted small streets after dark and should take cabs / Uber anywhere, even for very short trips. Talk to the locals and they'll tell you plenty of horror stories. Not that I've never violated these very rules myself, but better safe than sorry.

I was surprised about Miami because I cannot recall it being mentioned anywhere on ISG as a ranking mongering destination. I have mongered in Miami and NYC and do prefer Miami for quality (looks and service wise) and quantity. However, NYC is my home city and am more familiar with it. Pattaya is the ultimate monger destination but I rank a city according to destination more than just for mongering. Pattaya ranks highly for ease of mongering but low on other factors such as the quality of the girls and things to do in the city. Rio ranks higher for quality of girls (I'm mindful of beauty being in the eye of the beholder) and things to do so I will rank Rio higher. I also rank Bangkok above Pattaya for similar reasons, but lower than Rio although I will accept that this is debatable. I will add here that my number one destination by far is Frankfurt. The quality of the girls is superb and it is a wonderful city.
