The "el" gives it away that the word following will be a noun and not a verb tense. So in this case there are two words that look identical standing alone, but have totally different meanings when you see which context they are being used in. Yo camino el camino.

Caminar = is a verb translated to walk. The verb needs to be conjugated for example I walk (yo camino).

There are three basic ways to monger in the DR. The easiest way is to go to Black Beards in Puerto Plata. All you need is cash. You live in a hotel with about 20 girls willing to screw your brains out for a set price. Food and drinks are sold on site and Spanish is not required. This a great way for a beginner to learn what is available in the DR. Your are living a secure environment. The girls are waiting for you to pick them, You are literally living in a *****house. (dream come true).

Option 2 is visiting Sosua. Sosua is a small beach resort town where almost every female you see is selling her pussy both day and night. Speaking Spanish can help enhance the experience but is not a requirement. You will see a couple hundred women willing to screw for dollars. The fruit is sweet but a bad apple can be found every now and then but Sosua is a relative safe and fun place. The place has good food, night life and a pleasant beach.

The third option is Santo Domingo. SD is a good size city and has all the dangers and options that all cities have. Finding your way around is a major challenge. There is no central area for mongering. SD has many casas (working girl houses) but they are spread all over the city. The casas are mostly expensive some averaging about $100 for ST. It should be noted that there a few low cost casas that are very low budget. SD has Streetwalkers, strip clubs and other venues where women can be found. Finding someone who speaks English is SD is not easy. If your Spanish is weak you are not going have a great time. I have never run into a working girl in SD that spoke much English. I use internet services to meet girls who I invite to SD to hang out. SD requires a game plan to ensure a good time. I always have a plan A and B plan be because it cost to much money not to have a good time and DR girls are not always reliable.
The DR has something for everyone who likes to chase pussy and what make it awesome for is how close and how inexpensive it is. There many other venues in the world but your going to pay through the nose.

Maybe Tempecorto? (smile). Arrive in PUJ 11 Jan take bus to SD stay one night at Hotel Casa Coco. Then Metro bus for four days at Sousa, stay at Rocky's. Then southward to Santiago two days at Hotel Matum. Then bus to SD four nights at Dona Elvira. Then of course back to PUJ and home to California. Joined DC and have been corresponding with all kinds of busty honeys in my limited Spanish. Any comments appreciated.

I love your layout. You will have an awesome time, Invite your DC girls to meet you in SD. Especially if they do not live therer. Most DR chicas love going to the Capitol. It also puts you in control of the environment. I always pay the bus fare to get them there. Try to a have few backups available in case you get a no show. Go get them let us know how it goes.

Since you don't explain your reason for any of your destinations and stays, nor your flight times, we cannot know if it is a good idea or not. If I was you, I would spend the first night in Santo Domingo, as you will probably have to, then get the Caribe tours express bus to Sosua in the morning and just stay in Sosua until you want to move on somewhere else, whether that be after one day or at the end of your stay. But that is just me. At this stage you don't even know what the weather will be like. In January it may be fine and cool or it may pour with rain all the time. From your suggestion of two nights in Santiago and five in Santo Domingo, it sounds like you would prefer to be in big cities most of the time, rather than at the beach, which is fine if that is what you want.

There is no way in the hell you want to fly into Punta Cana and take the bus to Santo Domingo then to Sosua then all the way back to Punta Cana. Since you said California, that would be akin to taking a flight to San Diego in order to take the bus to Bakersfield then taking it back to San Diego. It would be better to try to fly to Puerto Plata first, Santiago second, and if push comes to shove Santo Domingo.

Are there flights from PUJ to Puerto Plata? I fly into PUJ.

I fly in late afternoon to PUJ from Atlanta. I think Sousa is right near Sosua haha.

I still get to see the north and south coast, STI, and I saved myself 16 hours of bus riding. On a good note I like the planning ahead for SDQ and STI. Fuck the be plan get an A to F plan you have the time. I can hear the excited. We all remember our first. Good luck with keeping up the communication until JAN.
