Thanks for the kind words, Dameon. Hope your trip to HP was fruitful. It can be a bit hit and miss but it is not that hard to find girls, up for some fun, there. Just requires patience. I enjoy your posts, but wish I could understand them better. The use of acronyms throws me off. Just recently you have used OFW, SMB, and EDSA.

The meanings are probably very simple, but I'm clueless.

Those of us come here to learn from the more experienced members get stumped by these things.

If the term is not found in the board list of abreviations, it would be helpful if you spell it out at least once each post before then moving to the acronym.

OFW=Overseas Filipino Worker (balikbayan)
SMB=San Miguel Beer......AKA San Mig or Stubby
EDSA=A major traffic artery (Epifanio de los Santos Avenue) but here is commonly referring to an area across from the Heritage hotel with "girlie bars" such as Fire House, Checkers etc.

You are right - sorry mate - tend to assume that everyone is familiar with the commonly used acronyms and forget that this is not always the case. I will try and remember that in future posts.

But EDSA doesn't count as I didn't realize it was short for Epifanio de los Santos Avenue, ES. Thought it meant Every Day Slow Again!

This just sounds too good to be true, what do you guys think?

Basically, I signed up for FilipinaHeart about a month ago; I receive lots of interest on there (I'm sure anyone would) but unfortunately, most of them are 5's at best. Some are much older than I... and I'm a 30 year old Korean-American.

Well, finally after a month of being on the site and getting lots of interest from average and unattractive girls, I get an e-mail from a very pretty girl, and she tells me I'm really cute and leaves her e-mail address, which is @ Yahoo, which means she uses the messenger service.

I added her to my Yahoo messenger, and she accepted. We started talking just getting to know each other. Then she says she has a secret. At this point I ask her if she's implying we should be fuck buddies, and she says yes. She says I look like a nice guy and that I am a nice guy, but to leave that for my real relationship, and leave my naughty side to her.

Now, I guess none of this is really too good to be true... except for the fact that this girl is:

1) Really pretty, sexy, great body;
2) Doesn't want a relationship;
3) Doesn't want money.

What's the deal here? Am I missing something?

Sounds to me like you have little to loose, besides invested time or ego.

I travel there every 3 months and I've got one that I see that's 30 and also has a steady job, her own house and a car. I pay for dinner and drinks and nothing else. She also knows I see plenty of other women and she is okay with it. In fact, I re-wrote her profile on FH to help her find a more permanent replacement to me since she is looking for a husband.
