I'm in Jakarta as I write this. I've been to Classic during previous trips but never really knew about T1. I have pulled girls from T2 and T5.

Here's my report on all three.

As noted in previous T5 reports, the girls sit at the far end of the room (really a banquet hall). There were about 50-70 girls. They dress better than girls in T2 and T5. The quality was a tad better. Since I just sessioned at T5 I was spent so I left after 10 minutes. The cover charge is 30,000.

I didn't feel like visiting T2 because I had a better experience at T5.

The joys of entering T5. You still get accosted by the mamas. I politely told them I want to walk around, get a brewski, sit and enjoy my time alone. Did they listen? Nope. Two followed me and brought me girls. Like, multiple times.

I moved across the room to another table with my cold Bintang. Once again, a mama sat with me. After a few minutes, I left for another table. She got the message.

I was scanning the girls back and forth; trying to find a unicorn. There were about 120-150 girls in total and about 50-60 hobbyists (99% Chinese, poor girls).

I saw one girl and asked her mama to bring her to me. Very pretty. Thin. Spoke a little English. I paid for two hours, 730 K, and off to the room.

A little Bush so no chow town for me as I don't do Bush. Not sure why she told me but she's been in Jakarta for 2 months, has a sponsor in China that sends US $1000 / month BUT she continues to work without his knowledge.

Sex was very good. She was surprisingly affectionate. Like, overwhelming affectionate. Turned out she's a mom. Baby damage wasn't bad, just a pretty long see-Section scar. Boobs were nice. Too bad she stopped lactating.

Overall hotel staff are polite in general and so are most of the people I came across in Jakarta, the tip to doorman doesn't necessarily have to be for mongering, he also helps take down your luggage from car when you arrive and loads it up when you leave, also helps with your food or other online deliveries when you are there so a small tip is only polite in my opinion. I am not talking about anything high just 10-20 k, and that too just couple of times not every time.

I have been reading on a lot of different options to diversify my experience in Jakarta, and I have come across KTVs in many places including Empo TG group.

I am a little unsure of what is the general process of KTV, I know that girls are p4 p and the rates are also published, empo rates say mandatory tip 500 k (but that is another weird thing).

Do you sing with the girls for the given rates 1. 5 m (just example from one tier) and how much time do they allow you singing+banging.

Is it meant for locals only, because I sure for one cannot sing in Indonesian, and I am sure that the girls will also have barriers singing in english or any other languages?

I actually enjoy singing after a few drinks but mostly in my local language and few english songs to add to that list also, but I am not sure if KTV is the way to go about it, alternatively I am thinking of doing something similar when I invite a girl over to my room, and I am confident about the second approach, but want to try at least one of the KTV experiences if it is something worth trying.

You don't even have to take the lift in the back of the lobby, the lifts in the front will bring you next to the counter where the door girl gives the wristband. The same goes for when you leave the place, you can wait for the lift next to the door girl too.

You can also repeat to the mamas that you don't want a girl once you're seated instead of ignoring them or moving to another table. Most westerners are having these kind of ignoring attitude whenever anyone comes over them (even with waitresses) and quite frankly, when you see it from afar, it looks very rude.

Then you've got the personnal opinion that the Chinese customers are less worthy than the westerners, did you discuss that matter with the girls? Cost, time etc.

I took the initiative and contacted one of the clubs (El Orca in Tangerrang or nearby to it, you can search it by name on Gmaps) on TG, similar to all clubs there are tiers of girls and the given prices are for each hour e. G. Model 1. 4 m, Pink Was 1. 1 and Plat was 900 k. What I keep reading from my research is that girls are prettier here and that seems to drive the value proposition.

Cost -Time Breakdown:

1. You need to spend minimum 1. 5 m if you reserve.

2. Room cost starting 1. 5 m for deluxe and higher for VIP.

3. You need to buy 2 or 3 vouchers in which 2 hours are for Karaoke with the girls (the actual singing bit) and 1 hour for in room action. So this works out to a total of 1. 5 m for the room + 1. 4 m (model tier)*3 (hours) but final cost that he gave me was for 2 hours maybe offer or something so 2. 8 m for the girl + 1. 5 m for the room + Food / Drinks (variable) + Tip (variable) as mentioned before some places like Empo have mentioned 500 k mandatory tip.

Bottomline entire ordeal costs 4-5 m, too rich for my taste as a solo traveller, maybe it works out better if you are in a group, still seems like a load of hassle.

I will stick to my approach if I am in my musical mood and play something on my laptop or may even carry a usb boombox for louder action en room with some good food and wine.

Anybody who has been to a KTV or who frequent it in a group or solo may chime in for corrections, thanks in advance.

Once you pay to enter one terminal and exit, do you have to pay again to visit one of the other terminals, ie, are they all treated as totally separate venues?

As the name implies its it's on the second floor, remembering that the lobby floor does not count as a floor. So yes. Up two escalators and you are at T2. Go back down to the lobby floor and you have T1 sometimes called the Bunker.

Take the ELEVATOR to the fifth floor for T5. It's right when you come out. Can't miss it.

It is soooo easy to do all of them. I think my first night I switched between them 6 times! A beer costs $3. 40 USD annd includes the cover charge and the cover is even less if u don't drink. So it's chump change to move between them. No need to worry about saving the cover. Unless $3.00 truly makes a difference to u.

There are quite a few little bits and pieces here about the Classic Hotel and its clubs. Now that I have firsthand knowledge, I thought a summary might be helpful.

There are three primary clubs, often referred to as T1, T2 and T5, representing their respective floors. Although T1 is on the ground floor not floor 1. It's technically called Classic Club.

The biggest and most popular one is T2 and it is mega! Easily 100-150 girls there when I arrived around 10. Vibey and loud atmosphere, with pounding beats, which was great for me but some of you might be put off. They also have about 6-8 pool tables ($5/ HR to rent) around the left side.

All the stories about the pushy mamasans are true. They will grab you and seat you and start bringing girls using their laser to target them. It feels a bit mean to the girls but you just have to be firm and send them away and tell the mama firmly no you don't want any girls yet.

Better yet don't let them engage you. I ended up bopping between all three clubs over a five hour period and got to where I'the treat the mamasans at the entry like street walkers in Bangkok. Look past them and just plow onward and if they grab you brush them off and keep going.

There is a stage where they had gogo dancers at first, then later a band or DJ, and then back to the gogo dancers late night. There are various stadium couch's around the perimeter where the girls sit. Once you fend off the mamas you can cruise around and check out all the different couches. The overall club vibe is pumping.

T5 has a different vibe. It had a band and the mamasans are completely different. No one will grab you. They might try to bring you girls if you settle in or they might ignore you. The girls are seated stadium style on either side of the stage. The main area is all high top bar tables.

And finally T1 has yet a different vibe. It's primarily couch and lounge chair seating. Has a DJ and two pool tables. The girls are all in one end in maybe ten rows of stadium style seating. For me this was a bit more awkward because you can't "cruise past" and half the girls are quite faraway. This would def be the club though if you just wanted to chill with some buddies. Most relaxed vibe of the three.

Now here is the great news! You can do them all! I was stunned to grab a beer in T2 and spend maybe an hour being gobsmacked. I mean it really is stunning and if you like south asian girls like I do it's a target rich environment. After that hour, on exit my bill was USD $3. 58. LOL. Hit T5 and same deal. One beer and exit. $3. 58. T1 is a bit more at a whopping $4. 79. And if you don't get a beer and just exit the cover is $2-3 depending on the club. So bouncing between them is pocket change. I think I did 2,5,1,2,5,2,1 😜.

Girls are similarly cheap. Had an amazing time with a T2 girl for $22 usd (365 K is standard price at T2 and T5). A bit more at T1 but still ridiculously low. Also had a total dud time with a girl from T5 and called it off after 5 minutes. But couldn't care less at $22/ fuck. LOL.

And lastly the hotel itself. I stayed here one night just to catch the vibe. For $35/ night it's hard to beat, especially considering you can just exit the club and flop into bed. The public spaces are actually quite luxe — like 4 star stuff. And the staff is great and numerous.

But the rooms are older and run down. For example the cold water in the sink didn't work. And the only way to turn out one set of lights was unscrew the bulbs. The mattress is a bit thin and cheap. But it's clean and adequate. If your main goal is to come and fuck at Classic you could hardly go wrong staying here.

In summary:

A stunning place to visit. Especially if you have never seen the "fishbowl" type arrangement before. It's mind blowing to watch the mamasans laser a girl down for a prospect. Or wash a bunch of girls with the laser to pull for a lineup.

T2 - Loud. Vibey. Pushy. But easiest to stroll and see the girls.

T1 - less loud. But still loud. Very much a lounge vibe (but not the music). Stadium at one end is awkward.

T5 - middle ground.

And staying at Classic is perfectly viable. 4 star staff and public spaces and 2 star rooms.

I would stay at the Classic hotel again even though I think I got a about of bed bugs but as somebody else suggested just book a more deluxe room next time. Their buffet free breakfast was great too. From your description of all three clubs I likely would like T5 more than T2. I'm not sure if all three were open when I was in Jakarta last time.
