Can I get a Mexican burner phone without being a resident there?
Can I get a Mexican burner phone without being a resident there?
Yes very easy to do. Go to the main TelCel office in Plaza Rio and purchase a phone plus sim card there.

I use an old phone I have from when I recently upgraded. Having a dedicated phone for mongering that's a burner is great, not to mention having great reception in Mexico is another added bonus.

I made the rounds last night around 8:30 - 9:00. Chicago, Adelitas, and Tropical all had about three girls for every guy, many of whom were quite attractive.
By the time I got to Hong Kong, it was around 9:30. The gender ratio was about two guys for every gal, and while it was busy, it was not too busy to find a seat at any of the stages.

My Telcel recharges cost 500 peso and somehow my phone burned through the data limit in under a few days. I am almost convinced Telcel was just ripping me off or something on my cell phone was constantly going through data in the background.
Can the holder of a VIP card make Cascada hotel bookings for another person at the discount rate? Or only for the card holder?

In about 5 seconds, she turned on my hotspot, changed my password and piggbacked my data. I didn't even figured it out until the next day.

That's assuming your not gona be there. A work around would be to rent 2 bed room and check in with him. Another approach is to give him the card, let him make the reservation, pay cash. I don't remember ever giving me passport to do the hotel. But to do the vip card he wanted identification 5 month ago. He can always claim his passport is in his friendsnhousenso he doesn't lose it again from drinking too much.

The Cascadas website is only to reserve a room but there's no monetary transaction that takes place; that's done in person.

When I returned in hour the girl I bought drinks from had it and wanted me to pay for it LOL. My top offer was 5 backs when she saw me leaving without it she gave it to me for 5 bucks. If it was a new I phone of course she would of kept it.

Never let anyone get their hands on your phone. It's basically your life line when travelling. Always travel with the motto of trust no one.

I usually calling Mx. From USA days before a visit to see who is going to be around and also to shop the agencies.
