There is no real hard and fast rule for what exactly constitutes LT, but for a night pickup it usually means going to your place for sex, sleeping with you then waking up for morning sex and then leaving well before noon, maybe even before 8 AM. Unless she walked out on you refusing to perform her LT duties, which in your case she seems to have done what she agreed to do, it was you who terminated the contract early and you owe her 1000 baht!

Holy heck did I get back after it yesterday. I was sick of sitting in my room so I headed to LK Metro about noon. Place was dead and the power was off. Started drinking about 1 pm exactly like I said I wouldn't LOL I said Eff it, I'm on vacation so let's rock. Met some folks and chatted with them at one of the bars. LK metro is pretty cool. I can see bar hopping and gogo hopping in my future there. I'm going to head over there again tonight. I ended up bar fining this little cute. Before I did we were chatting and she loves classic rock just like me. She mentioned there were some places on Walking Street that have live bands. That sounded fun to me, so I paid her BF. I think it was 350 baht and LT was 2000. I know, I know I said I shouldn't go LT (because I have a hard time sleeping with a girl I just met in bed), but I liked her and it turned out a good decision.
We headed to WS about 9 pm. First we went to Lucifier, and they had this cool group singing cover songs. Had a few drinks there and then headed over to Hott Tuna Bar? (I think that's it) Anyway, they had a cover band and man we had so much fun. The band was taking requests and fun was had by all. I got pretty hammered again but I paced myself better than a couple days ago on Soi 6. We rocked out for what must have been a few hours. Then she wanted to go to a gogo bar. I was going to go shower and nap, but as I was getting out of the shower an oil massage seemed like the best medicine. First I visited a bar in the day (forgot the name of the bar) and the girl that I wanted to go with told me about the police had been raiding some bars so now they stopped to use the rooms upstairs. However, the girl was renting a room nearby so I could go there with her.
Same thing happened in the evening when I came back to Soi 6. I went to the bar Smoke & Kisses and the girl that I wanted to go with told me the same thing. Because of the police they stopped the service to use the room upstairs so the option would be to take the girl out from the bar. So I did and I took the girl back to my room.
How depressing to find out about all this. In the past I always appreciated the possibility to take a girl upstairs for a quickie, whenever I felt like doing so. Now this is not possible anymore. It would be interesting to hear from someone else on the ground, about this ongoing problem. Does all Soi 6 bars do the same thing now and not using their upstairs rooms? From yesterday I found out that 2/2 bars did that and it doesn't look very good at all.

But I am not THAT concerned about WS. The girls will still be there at least and you can still take them home. Soi 6 clubs will need to be careful, as they have sex rooms. But if they only serve obvious farangs, they should be safe. If they take Thai men, they could discover he is Uncle LEO.
I hear there is a crackdown on BR girls again too. Sigh. I nearly got caught picking up a FL last time. LEO was behind me and I didn't know. He said something to the girl but we kept on walking. And sure, I have been taking girls back to my apartment from Soi 6 many times in the past when I wanted, but many times the quickie upstairs can be just perfect as well.
And there is the price issue too. Taking girls out from the bars in Soi 6 is a bit expensive. From my experience bars have been charging 1000 Baht to take a girl LT in the day and I know that many bars has a policy of lowering their prices after some time in the evening, like after 9 PM. Yesterday in the day I paid the bar 300 (350 or 300 is the normal ST rate/room charge for Soi 6 bars) for taking the girl ST to her room nearby but in the bar Smoke & Kisses later in the night, I paid 500 Baht. And it was the evening rate for LT, despite the fact that I only was taking the girl back to my room for ST. So in the end it will make everything more expensive for us, besides the fact that we can't take the girls to the upstair rooms any longer.
Hit all the Russian clubs and finished the evening at mix in the smoking area on the left as you walk in the other night. Some pretty hot dancers at all the clubs, seeing girls who actually dance is a huge change of pace. Ordered all kinds of food and drinks. Total spent for the night easily had to run close to 80 k baht. And not a dime was spent by me or my friends. Lucky for us we ran into someone with more money than they knew what to do with it. At one point the guy pulled out 15 or so 1000 baht notes and they brought out a pile of 100's. He'd then grab 6 or so and tip every dancer that came by.

You can pick up a chick in front of the police with no problem.
