2. I have never heard of this. I have pop into a bar to pay a BF either for a few days in advance or to clear a debt. I have paid the BF while the girl was in the salon. She still got her cut.

10. I would have agreed with you until my last trip in January where I took a risk a BF a go go girl and she was one of the best girls I have had.

You are correct about the tip on the tray. My question for you (and others): Do you give the tip directly to the server AND leave a small tip on the tray? Or do you just directly tip the waitress and not leave anything else on the tray for the rest of the crew?

I've always been curious what most of us do.

The epicenter of "in-your-face mongering" seems to be Walking Street and Pattaya Beach at night, so Jomtein is safe enough.

But not 100% safe: While reading the paper in Pattaya I read many stories of westerners being targeted by Thai muggers on a daily basis, including home-invasions and daylight muggings and murders. Recently a grandmother was tied up and badly beaten by a group of ladyboys who broke into her son's apartment to steal small money.

About a year ago two Russian women were relaxing on Jomtein Beach - a Thai guy wanted to rob them quietly from behind. They saw him, so he shot them dead (now he is also dead - he was sentenced to death).

I felt safe in Pattaya, but obviously you need to take care, just like anywhere.

Here is a report and pic of this. Why do they not round up these vermin? In soi 6, they are still soliciting customers at 9 am. The yabba keeps them going. I know they need money as we all do but they are responsible for a very high percentage of nasty crimes.

What now? You want to 'round up' every man who dresses like a woman because of this one crime? You think that tranvestitism is a gaurantee of violent criminality? Seems like not that long ago they were saying that about African-Americans back in my country.

Anyway, of course they're soliciting customers at 9 am. Sexual desire knows no time limits.

Speaking of which, I was recently scouring Pattaya at about 3:00 AM looking for regular females, and I couldn't find anything good. One things for sure, Friday night the opportunties do run out early, even in low season.

It depends on the service the waitress provides. If she constantly nagging me about selecting a girl to sit with me or asking me to buy more drinks or won't stop with trying to massage my neck and hands then she gets nothing. However I have found some waitresses to be quite helpful like bringing over a cold wet wipe to on those hot nights or suggesting a new talent. Those waitresses get my tips but I usually leave the small amount on the tray.

You're not stupid, so you know that 9:00am hooking is not because of 'sexual desire' but due to drugs and desperation. And it's very rare for guys to be looking for hookers at 9:00am unless they're also spaced out. Tell me I'm wrong.

You're wrong. The 'sexual desire' I was referring to was of course on the part of the customers. Lots of guys look for hookers at 9:00 AM - true, I find morning persons disturbing, but they have a right to get laid. As for me I'm often up till dawn looking for hookers, though that's mostly if I come in on a nightbus (unfortunately most long-distance travel in Thailand is by nightbus). And I obviously never take drugs - though as always I am pleased to see others taking them.

Leave on tray and tip server directly.

I'm pretty sure I've seen those 2 in Piper's posts hanging around Soi 14 or so before late at night.

Now for a couple of REASONS why a plumbing check is a good idea, goo look at the TIFFANY'S winners (in the Pattaya Mail edition of 5/22 - "IF it looks too good to be true, it PROBABLY IS!") The one on the left would have fooled me (not if it hadn't been thru the "add-a-crack-to-me" though :) The external plumbing is impossible to disguise)

Piper - depending, I'd consider an early morninger - particularly if the last PM went "sour"

The 9 am ladyboys I am referring to have been hooking since 4 pm the previous day. They can keep going because of the yabba. Ladyboys are a Code Red threat for a number of reasons, perhaps cheap of which is they are walking drug cocktails.

I often go mongering at 9am. Why not. I am on holiday and time is irrelevent.

My flight gets in at 06-30 so I am hitting Pattaya and ready to go early morning. Until my body clock adjusts and the jet lag fades I sleep, wake and get horny at odd times.

Thats the beauty of Pattaya. Many bars on Sois 7 and 8 have an early shift that start at 06-00 for people such as me.

WRONG!

Sexual desire is a 24 hour thing. I'm a morning man and nothing I like better than an early morning fuck. 9am is too late. By the end of the day I am too tired to give my best.

We're all different. I've never found a shortage of girls early morning. 6am 7am no matter. Those on Walking Street are almost certainly last nights leftovers, but elsewhere many are freshly arrived after a good nights sleep, and ready and willing to give an excellent performance!
