GDL had some intense rain and thunder and lightning for a few hours last night. The power flickered a few times. Checked out CDG around 1000 pm.

The venue is spectacular -- Vegas-type infrastructure. Unfortunately, the quality of chicas doesn't match -- similar to furnishing an expensive mansion with IKEA furniture. On the positive side, there are very good English speaking women and the food is tasty. Nice menu. Poor selections of beers. Staff is professional.

The pricing is stupidly high. The breakdown is as follows:

1. 200 pesos cover charge.

2. 3800 pesos for 30 minutes in a private room.

3. 250 pesos for a 3 minute lap dance.

Colombia strip clubs are significantly better.

A big thank you to the poster that recommended this clinica located on the corner of Chapultepec. The price is 270 pesos, cash only. The hotel recommended a lab that cost 900 pesos.

The clinic has an English speaker to help with the application process. The clinic closes at 200 pm on Saturday and is closed on Sunday.

I never inquired on pricing but that seems about average for most nice clubs in GDL. I think for the price you are better off getting the girl to meet you after work where you'll pay about 2000 per hour.

Well I do want to make it to Medellin sometime but it is more of a time and $$ investment. From where I live I can usually get to GDL for $100 and hotel about $35 a night so for a 3 or 4 day trip it's pretty cheap.

Visited the following casas in GDL recently:

Hobbie Inn: Two visits:

First visit, mid afternoon on a weekday: 5 girl line up in the room, all pretty hot, chose Gemma. Pretty hot with good English. 1500 pesos for an hour, CBJ, DFK, CFS. It was good except she cut the time short, felt like 45 minutes max.

Hit Praga Club up. Praga has a nice set up, but not a lot of girls and a 5 drink minimum. Place was ok, but I would choose Candy's and Ceasar's over it all day. Ended up in a place called Candela's, Place was not very nice and the girls were in the 5-6 range and the prices were similar to Candy's and Ceasar's. I would not recommend Candela's. I got the number of one of the girls from Ceasar's. I have been seeing her once a day outside work hours for 2000-2500 pesos. Nice deal. These girls are eager for out of work hours and are quick to give there numbers out.

Tip- Rains a lot in GDL and the streets turn to small rivers. Watch out for potholes filled with water and don't walk close to the street when cars are driving by. You will get soaked.
