Raubach is way off the beaten path, that's up near Dierdorf if memory serves me. That's a good hours drive from Frankfurt. Dietzenbach maybe but with a time limit not sure Loup wants to be driving too far off the autobahn, especially coming from the south. Another option is to stay in downtown Frankfurt at one of the hotels right by the train station, for example the Leonardo Hotel Frankfurt City Center. You've got to switch trains anyway, easier to grab a hotel that's within walking distance. Then you could take a quick taxi to Oase from your downtown hotel (you don't want to risk showing up in Friedrichsdorf and finding the train station empty of taxi's). Sunday's are slow at most clubs, Oase included. If the lineup's not up to par your hotel downtown is within walking distance of the red light district.

You'll be paying 70 euro's at Oase to enter, possibly 30 euro's for two taxi rides (or more). Another option is to take this extra money and find some good looking girls in the red light district and offer them 50 euro's GFE for a half hour. DVR (Dolce Vita Raubach) is 115 km and a 70 minute drive away, so I guess your best option would be spending the time in FKK Dietzenbach (22 km; 20 minutes) if you want AO.
