I think three to four days Chennai will be going to be complete lockdown, no one can move outside, because everyday of more cases, keeps on increasing. Today I saw in news.
Thanks to the free time available these days, managed to grab a few contacts with rigorous effort. I believe it'd be worthwhile to spend some 6 months after the lockdown meeting these people as all of them have fabulous reviews from those that have tried. Please note that I can't share any of these contacts at the moment as none is tried yet.

Request all consider rate issue and discuss further what to do to keep rates in decline.

But jobs and other avenue s not getting opened fully. People don't have the luxury of discretionary spending. Above all the contact tracing fear is looming large.
This back ground would throw an interesting situation. More supplies but comparatively lesser demand. There would be two layers of availability. One a desperate sect looking for quick money. Indes and low level SPs would form mostly this group. This group would be ready for hard bargain. Second group would try and jack up the price and wouldn't budge on pricing. Affluent SPs would form this group. Whichever group gains momentum would decide the mongering price range for next two years till normalcy returns and economy stabilizes.
This not only for mongering. But for all discretionary spending.
