Why do all spas have to open in ironman only why can't there be good options in south Mumbai (I know the rent reason) but still it's a pain traveling all the way from south Mumbai for a massage. Sad face.

1 being high rent & all those who enter in such business, would want to cut cost. I know Bandra or Andheri would also be expensive in terms of rent but the footfall is much more in such locations when compared to South Mumbai. So the rent given is easily recovered.

2nd being suburbs is where all the action happens. Town (South Mumbai) is so dead now.

Some days back I had got a message about a new MP set up in the western suburbs. After finding time to invest for this venture, went along with a close pal of mine.
