I can not see daytime would prevent this in any other way than ofcourse they are low in numbers as most work in eve. So I would believe that most girls working in additional bar service cater also during daytime without me having enough exp to give you specific places.

Thanks![/QUOTE]Well there are ones on the street between Soi 3 and 5 and often a couple at the Nana Hotel parking lot. I've never seen any in Gullivers during the day. Just not enough customers. You might find a few in the pool place across and to the right from the BG called New Wave. But basically the BG is the daytime game. The unfortunate thing about freelancers who work in the daytime is that the vast majority of them are to put it gently well past their expiration date. Every now and then I see one in the BG that might rate a 6 to a 7. At least with her clothes on. It didn't used to be that way. 5-10 years ago the BG often had girls who were fairly young, attractive and new to the business but no longer.
In general over the past few years there has been an unexplained gutting of the FL scene in Bangkok. Their numbers are way down, their ages are way up and the quality has sunk badly. Places like the Nana disco and parking lot are basically a thing of the past, Gullivers has a bunch at night but they often ask for silly amounts of money for not very good looking women, the BG at night can often seem like a hike thru an old folks home, the street scene has been taken over by Africans and Lady Boys and Thermae may as well have a sign up saying For Japanese Only for the Good Looking Girls. A lot of the FL action has moved to the late night discos I have heard but even that may be suspect because the few times I have been to Climax lately there were way fewer girls than just a few years ago. Maybe they have moved on to other discos. With no empirical data, my only guess as to the why of this is that 1. Fewer women are going into the trade in general and 2. The ones that still choose to prefer working in an establishment such as a beer bar, a gogo or a massage parlor where they feel safer and get a monthly salary that seems to be getting higher all the time as bars are finding it very difficult having enough girls on hand. I keep hoping for a FL revival but I don't see it coming any time soon.

It may not sound like much but it can add up over a month. And as someone says most places have quotas that the girls are expected to reach or be fined. Kind of a sucky system because it really encourages the girls to drink and often it's not coke but the real stuff .they seem to especially love tequila shots and over time a lot of these girls become hard drinkers and their health suffers and they put on a lot of weight which they then take drugs to lose. But really by paying 2/3's you are not saving yourself all that much money and the bar would not look kindly on it and the girl would have to go in search of another customer. In some bars as long as you are buying her drinks, she can sit with you all night and not dance; in others that is not the case.

I can to one certain point agree with you that as Thailand become a higher society country (but still a banana republic from my point of view. What might be a catch to you is a no thank you to me and vice versa. I don't see much in the FL world that I have liked for a while. I've been coming here since 1993 and have seen the FL scene dwindle from literally thousands filling up lower Sukhumvit at night to a much smaller pct of that. Sure nice ones are still out there but it's a lot more work finding them. It used to take about a minute in the Nana or in Thermae or in the Grace Hotel to find a really attractive girl. I make the rounds many nights and see very little. Maybe I am jaded but then so must all of my friends be as they all feel the same way and have nearly all migrated to gogos to find good looking women.
As to the Thermae, you must be a stud muffin or have really good luck. I have seen many Farangs get dissed and brushed away before they even could say hello. I once went with a girl who had worked the Nana scene but had taken up residency at Thermae. We walked out together and her friends yapped after her. She told me that they were asking her why she was going with a Farang in a dismissive tone.
