You do not want to do shit like that in Thailand if you want to keep living. I had to learn it the hard way. The place itself is unsafe enough without adding shit like that to the mix.
You think it's safer in the DR?
You think it's safer in the DR?
Actually I do. How many times do you hear about people dying scuba diving in Dominican Republic? Seems every week someone dies scuba diving (or just being in the water period by being cut up by props, ran into by boats, etc) in Thailand. Myself, I almost lost my foot from diving in Koh Tao. Never hear about many people dying on zip lines, being electrocuted, or falling off buildings in the DR either. So yes, I think DR is much safer than Thailand when it comes to extra carricular activities.

Pattaya days 3 and 4
Well the last two days of the trip lived up to expectations. Decided on trying Heavens and was pleasantly surprised by the setup. A lot of girls with a great attitude. Selected one that I would not normally see as my type but she had a way about her that pricked me interest (pardon the pun). Total GFE and she was up for a long session. Not rushed and made the experience very well worthwhile. Actually good value and a great way to spend a few hours in the afternoon. BBQ was also really good. Girls were very friendly and relaxed.
Then took a taxi back to soi 7 & 8 and stopped into a few bars to watch some football. Was walking along Soi 7 I think and a spinner caught my eye in Pandora. Decided to stay a while a see how the evening went and eventually decided to take her back to hotel. Fantastic selection as she was a total GFE and was also very good at her craft. Again not normally a girl that I would take as she was a little more curvy but one thing I have learnt from this trip, even at my age, is Pattaya has some intringue to it. Go with the flow and see what happens. Certainly was a good selection and Pandora was fun. After another few hours of good sex I decided to head to WS. Dropped into Baccara and found it totally fake and probably worse than the one in BKK. Girls all had plastic boobs (not my style) and had eyes for the Asians. Must see 333 stamped on their foreheads. Reminds me of Thermae were being non Asian with cash means very little. Still, if they do not want my money I am happy to keep it for someone else.
Left and went to IBar. Was pumping but I was not in the mood for a FL pickup so headed to Sapphire. IMHO I think that it has the best lineup of more genuine girls. Not a lot of plastic boobs and it was pumping. The girls a lot more fun and showed a lot of eagerness. Not many asians in sight. Nothing against them at all but just do not get why the girls think that their money is better than mine. Anyway, I got very friendly with a couple of spinners who tempted me for a threesome, however given the day I decided to best save for next trip. Will be back at Sapphire again.
So all in all. Pattaya more than lived up to my expectations and I think is still a fun place for the hobby. Always easy to naviagate and the hotel I stayed at was well versed in how to handle the hobby. Actually an excellent hotel with great staff and central.
What else can a man ask for? Be back soon.
Happy Hunting.

808 Fun Girl
Fuck that wince. I give her and her friend 1000 each long time for 3 somes when they are off the clock. The other girl just started working there. I originally met her in 808 back in November and did a 3 some with the chick she was with then too. When she started working there she hit me up and asked if I wanted to do a 3 some with the chick you are talking about and sent me pictures. I think they are always together in the bar. Thanks for the tip on Noi.
I'm negotiating with a different girl from 808. She quoted me 1500 and I didn't counter offer or hire her. The guys say she is cool with farangs. I am going to counter offer 1000 this weekend if I see her. The most I paid at 808 was 1200 and that was my.
First try as a newbie. I'm digging her because she seems to have a good personality. I can pick up better on girls' personalities better in discos than the beach. I mostly only window shop on the beach because most girls quote me 800 - 1000 whereas.
My experienced friends get 700 quotes. I have had girls decline my money on the beach or throw in rules to scare me away. I wish they would decline me upfront before asking about where I'm staying and wasting time deferring to their nearby friend.

Everything Thai is lackadaisical ("mai bpen rai"). You could get framed for something by the Police too.
Although Thailand does not seem so dangerous it was ranked 39th most dangerous country in the world, and DomRep ranked 64th. Syria obviously No. 1. USA was 61st. Maybe surprisingly considered more dangerous than Dom Rep. Maybe not surprising to some.
http://www.atlasandboots.com/most-dangerous-countries-in-the-world-ranked/
This does not relate specifically for accidents of course, more general levels of danger of being killed. Countries like NZ, Denmark, Iceland have very good ratings. Hardly surprising.
Last night my taxi driver told me that 6 people died 2 months ago near to where I live (in Bangkok) when a building next to the Wells International school collapsed. Shit I did not know about that. May have been away at the time. I can see the mess of rubble and metal tubing when I go to the 7 store. Am told it used to be 8 stories (now just chaos all at one level only) and had an vintage car showroom. Workers are there for the difficult clean up job. Who knows if bodies were all recovered.

Hi Axiata,
I enjoyed reading your report and you mentioned going to Heavens where exactly is that place? Is it on Walking Street or is it a gentlemans club in Jomtien? I think there used to be one in JOMTIEN but I thought that closed long ago or maybe I am thinking of some other club anyway where was the Heavens you visited?? Thanks for info.

Visakha Bucha Day
It seems I have scheduled my trip to Pattaya around the major Buddhist holiday, falling Wednesday, May 10. Is the holiday normally confined to that day only? Obviously the bars and alcohol sales (stock up before) are a no, but would there be any likelihood of activity on Beach Road? (I presume there might be a WG from a previous night willing to stick around for fun.) I've seen some postings from previous years, but advice would be appreciated.

Some stayed a bit 'quiet' in the beginning but by midnight all was normal again. Go do something fun during the day and come back late in the evening and you will be fine.
