I have friends that live in Envigado and not sure there is a strata as expensive as MDE's most expensive and even if an Envigado strata 5 or 6 probably not as expensive as a MDE 5 or 6- just guessing. Sabaneta and itaqui likely have significantly lower COL than even Envigado.

FWIW, Envigado is a very sweet area. I like it a lot. It's just a little far out. But apartments are cheap, it's safe, and via metro or taxi everything is accessible. But convenient? Not always.

I would not assume a girl from Envigado, Itagui, or Sabaneta expects to be paid less however.
