More customers equal more chances of getting STD? What about all those spa girls who do more than 10 customers a day? It is quite common for those popular girls to do ten customers a day. Does that mean that they fall in the same category?

Lower income equal to not treating STD? I think not. If those working girls get STD and they have visible symptoms, they would not be able to work.
