I just got an email from a good friend of mine that Peter's wife has reopened Passions as of last night, anybody with boots on the ground? I'm not going back until Sunday but sure would like to know what's up.

Even though she has gained a little weight I will still book her on my next trip. Besides, she always provides me with the best video memories of my trip. You just can't beat a great performer on video.

I think the only reason Peter hasn't been deported, like the other bar owners is because his wife is Dominican. The wife used to semi-manage the girls but she seemed very bored.
Something is going to be open there because the place was recently spruced up. I'm talking fish tank bars, new stripper poles etc.

It is written near the entrance that they appear to be looking for waitresses and other positions. If anyone is interested they can go next door and give their information to The Brazil Samba bar. It says that they are suppose to open in October, on Friday, but no exact date. It says it will be something different. Right above all this Spanish writing, to the right of the entrance I see a book sized decal that says (if my translation skills serve me well) "National Procurator of Boy, Girls, Adolescents, and Families. " If I didn't know better it looks like they might have tried to throw in there a charge of having minors on premises, in their employ or illegally present. I will be in Puerto Plata for the next two weeks starting tomorrow and will swing through Sosua sometime during the week and check to see if anything is happening there yet. If I find out anything more I will post it here of course.
I stayed at Casa Cayena the place was nice and the price was right. Breakfast and dinner was included but no girls on deck.
No more wild pool parties oh well everything must change. This is slow season and the beach was deserted. Big Dee is still on the beach but it's so slow he has to cook and be his own waitress.
The girls:
No shortage plenty of women every night on the strip. Classical's was packed wall-to-wall Thursday through Saturday.
Rumbles and the little Haitian hotel club also packed every night. 1000 to 1500 pesos short-term was the going rate.
Most Chicks would take 1500 to 2500 pesos long term but some guys were quoted 3000 to 4000. I only did short term.
2 nights and a guy I met on plane hook me up with his waitress girlfriend. I spent the other five nights with her long term.
Just to reiterate passions and CMP are still closed. The police didn't bother women who were single on the strip except for Sunday at the Haitians club. Funny thing happened Saturday night there was a fight in the Haitian club a white American and a Haitian. When the police arrived they handcuffed them both together and walk them off. In my opinion The talent was okay but there's no GFE. You basically have to wife up for GFE. I bought seven dresses from rainbow gave 2 to classicao girls and 5 to waitress. Maybe I'm getting old but sport fucking w / o GFE gets tired after 2 days for me. If I didn't hook up with the waitress I would've cut my vacation short and flew back home. Unlike some I don't go to Sosua to fish, play golf or any other activity other than the girls. Sorry to say it but these women seem to be more like New York City St. Prostitutes. Plus a couple of clowns throwing one dollars bills in the air at classical thought it was a disco not a strip club. Here's two of the dresses the waitress asked me not to post her photo. I might go back to Sousa just to see her so I got to play it safe. Hey a little white Hennessey is also great long lives Sousa.

See, this is the type of thing that I think the Dominican authorities don't mind so much. A guy comes over, meets a girl, spends some time with her, gives her some money, takes her out to eat, stays in touch with her after leaving the country, considers returning again. Maybe he returns and rents a car, spends more dollars or euros, and so it goes on.
What they are not looking for is for the DR to have a reputation as a cheap group travel sex tourism destination. I think it was a huge mistake for Passions to have a menu of sexual activities and prices posted on the Internet. Of course if prostitution was legal in the US, you would have billboards along the Jersey Turnpike on the way to Atlantic City saying "Suck and Fuck $49.99, first condom free, second turn right Passions Nightclub. " But that isn't how things are done in the DR.
That's one of the reasons why Dominicans were not real happy with the group sex travel thing, with parties of wide-body male pedestrians in basketball kit and sunglasses blocking the streets and boasting loudly about their conquests, how much they drank, with the scent of reefer everywhere in the air.

I hate seeing the young guys throw money in the air and which causes all the Haitian guys to knock everyone over in order to grab the pesos! (Most times the women don't get anything because they men push them out of the way to get the money). Its dangerous for the club and its patrons.
