I will do my best to help
All,
We took a boys' trip to Sosua last year in December, and my brother fell head-over-heels for a Dominican hooker we met at DLatin's. Since then he's been going back and forth between the USA And the DR. On a monthly basis just to spend time with her. He has her setup in an apartment in Santiago and he pays her bills and supports her two children. This December he plans to marry her.
Our entire family is against this course of action. It seems inconceivable to us that his fiance is no longer working as a prostitute. Even if she were loyal, it would still be a terrible idea.
Have any of you guys seen this girl in the picture below, or slept with her since last December?
I'll try to find and bang her if you think it might help. I'm there for you.
Thanks for the replies and advice.

There is one danger, and I've had something like this happen to me. If you figure she's just a hoe and only after his money, and tell him so, then in the odd chance that it really does work out, you'll lose a brother (and a sister in law).
Good luck!
I think you're right about this. Also, it's too far gone at this point. I would be very surprised if it worked out, but I also hope that he's not too crushed when it fails.
Thanks
Sea Breeze: Is this the best Sosua hotel?
Greetings,
I'll be back in Sosua in December of this year. I visited Sosua in December 2013 and May 2014, and both times I stayed at the Sea Breeze hotels. The first time was at the recommendation of Cuba Dave. However, I found that I liked the friendly tourist groups that congregate at Sea Breeze. Also, the hotel staff has done right be me on both visits. The fixtures are old and the cleaning crew could do a better job, but once I'm liquored up it matters less to me; I stay liquored up for most of my time in Sosua. Frankly, I spend very little time in my room.
Sea Breeze is 40 USD / night. It has a decent bar with pleasant staff. I know the owner and the long time bartenders, and it's very familiar to me at this point. When I look around, I find very few hotels at the same price point w / equal amenities. For better amenities it appears that I need to spend 60 USD-80 USD per night.
What's the consensus out there? Is there a hidden jewel out there that I'm missing with cleaner rooms and friendlier staff, for 40 USD / night?
