I am new to the Caribbean scene and I was wondering how different is DR to Thailand and the Philippines. I have bin to Pattaya and Angeles for many times and I am getting board. I Have read almost the last 50 pages about the DR. But I still have some Questions. Do the girls approach you in DR or do you approach them. Because anybody that who has ever bin to Asia know that the girls are on you like flies on shit. I have read that the normal price for ST is about 1500 p and LT 2500 p. I am not cheap but overpaying is nothing that I am a fan of. Is it cheaper if you are young (I am 34). I have read that the GFE is rare in the DR but alot of guys here have GF's? In general I like clubbing and I am a very laid back guy. Even like the kind of bars I have seen on the pics on this forum. Please guys help a fellow monger whit some info.

I wanted to know what is the weekly salary these chicas make. I'm talking about different types of chicas. Which make more in a regular week (not during high season or low season lets call it during a mid season) who will make more between Sunday thru Saturday if the chica works every night. Who will make more Dominicans or Haitians. * What about chicas that rates 0-3 how much you think they average in one week. What about chicas that rate 4-5 how much they make in a week. What about chicas that rates 6-7 how much they will make a week. And lastly the 8-10 chicas how much they could make in a week.
P.S. If possible make a chart.

I have been coming here and then living here for nine years. After my first few weeks I learned to avoid any chica who approached me. But some guys seem to prefer that type. Your choice.
Other pros and semi-pros may not approach you but will make their availability clear by returning your smile or by hanging around and looking at you.

For a quick bang, chicas may prefer older guys so long as they are fit and healthy. Their thinking is they won't have to work so hard and older guys are safer.

How much they make varies greatly. There are way more girls then guys. It is a buyers market all the time. The girls are always hungry. They share what ever they have to survive. Most nights the average girl does not pull a trick. I am often overwhelmed by large number of girls. It is difficult to choose. Very attractive girls go every night with no money.

There no rules per se in mongering and there are no hard rules to go by as to money. You should make a visit and find out yourself. No experienced monger can teach you. Go find a girl you like, fuck her, pay her. Along the way you will encounter a learning curve. As you get more experience you will not ask these silly questions.
The two best towns for mongering in the DR are Boca Chica located in the Capital and Sosua in Puerto Plata. I would recommend Sosua over Boca Chica. The nearest airport is located in Puerto Plata. Many of the chicas in the DR are aggressive in the sense that they will approach you and many are use to hustling. Just be prepare for the hustling as it is sort of a way of life for many. You have to learn to become a little big of hustler yourself in the DR.
And learn to haggle with the hookers as with most vendors as this is done every where. For example, you ask a hooker how much you charge, if you don't know the rates they will say 3000 pesos (75 dollar) for 2 hours. Then you said no that is too much what about 1500 for all night and then she could say yes or settle for just a little more for the two hours or all night. After sex or while with them, they will share their misery stories such as have three kids, a sick parent, no husband to help me, etc and then they be asking for extras such as can I have that massage oil, that shampoo, some of those condos, money for a taxi or motoconcho. Just say no to your personal items cause I need them. I give them only extra money for a motoconcho to drive them out cause is super cheap. They are many that are shy and won't approach you until you make obvious eye contact that you are interested or you approach them. Some will approach without you making eye contact and even when you walking on the areas they hang out. There are tons of chicas in both towns. I was in Boca Chica this year but I felt overwhelmed with so many chicas approaching me while walking and when I was sitting down eating in an outdoor restaurant by myself. If you like that is fine, but I don't like to be approach so much. The girls usually hang out in bars, dance places, corners, and restaurant down the strips of both towns. Sosua and Boca Chica are both poor towns but have a beautiful clear water beach. I think there are more beautiful women and variety in Sosua than Boca Chica. If you don't like dark skin morenas, you may not like the DR cause even the lighter Dominicans get toasted with the Caribbean sun. It is more of a negotiating thing. Just know that the price in Sosua range from 25 to 50 dollars. Anything over 50 dollars you are overpaying unless is overnight or when having a high end girl. Dominican women are very affectionate in general so I don't know where you got that there is little GF, but that all depends from person to person, your looks or how much they like you. I had real problems whit girls in Thailand. I like both ST and LT and whit the right girl even a little GFE. But the hole reason I like mongering so much is that I don't have to have any feelings towards the girl (love and all that crap I always respect people and like having a humble approach to any male or female). There was a girl in Thailand stuck to me like glue (no bragging I promise). Specially, a non working girl she showed up at my dad's house. (he has a house in Pattaya). She kept calling my cell over a week. And when I ran in to her on walking street I couldn't get rid of her. The hole reason I monger is because I like the variety of women. So I wanted to know if it was the same in the Caribbean. And I agree with you to 100% that dinners movies and all of that at her crap is far most expensive then just paying for it.

Also as you noted there are a lot more aggressive hustlers and Putas in Boca Chica. I have been in Boca Chica for three days now and have had women literally grab me and when I tell them to take a hike they get offensive, I start with no thanks first, then please keep walking, please don't bother me, and finally get away in Spanish. You almost have to push some of them off you.
While eating dinner last night a shoeshine boy wanted to polish my flip flops, and I had to tell the waitress to get rid of him.
Upon finishing a chicken dinner in a sidewalk restaurant with my chica the other night and pushing it aside, a guy came in and scooped up the bones and leftover food from the plate and ran away.
Hustlers also congregate outside the market opposite the park in Boca Chica and pan handle.
In summary I cannot recommend Boca Chica in comparison to Sosua.

I've heard the same about how dirty the boca chica beach is from other members. It sounds, however, they have more economically disparate population. I get this from your story about the guy who snatched your dinner leftovers. I wonder if you see this as economic desperation and would lead to higher crime rates in BC?
What are your thoughts on Juan Dolio beach town? I think that will be my first home base. I am thinking to find a host family there who will rent me a room. This way I'll have more flexibility with future moving plans. And I'll get free lessons on real life in the DR.
No interests in p4 p what so ever. Just healthy cheap food and clean hustle free beach!

When I was in Boca Chica this past summer the water was as clear as water. Compare to the beaches in ny and nj I thought it was pretty and just as good as beach. I took a swin on both beaches and were clean then. They must have dump something? The hustling is ridiculous in Boca Chica. I got scammed by a Haitian coconut vendor who sold me a big nice and delicious coconut for $5 dollars or 200 pesos. I thought it was a good price me coming from the USA. The guy even told me a story of how difficult and dangerous profession and how hard it was for him to climb the coconut trees to get them. And that he has fallen a couple of times injuring himself and not being able to work to feed his family when he has fallen. I believed the sucker and felt sorry for him. The next day I went to the capital and got another coconut 25 pesos or less or like 60 cents of a dollar and then I realized the Haitian vendor screw me with the price.
