Hey guys,
Sorry have not been checking forums lately, but there seems to have lots of activity this week! I have visited 2 more (different saunas) this week but was kinda lazy on posting the reports.
So did I miss the meeting day for sauna? Qball and OAH, if you guys dont mind, I would not mind tagging along Saturday afternoon for a sauna. I do not know how we can contact each other though, maybe pick a place for meet at a specific time? Any Sauna's in mind?

Having spent considerable time RTFF'ing the report by Qball describes exactly the type of place I am looking for. Having never been to GZ before, could you describe how to get there from GZ East Rail Station. I don't read / speak / understand Mandarin - is this going to be a problem at this sauna? I'm not shy about communication problems.

Enter lobby, make a left towards the elevator. KTV is downstairs and sauna is on the 3rd floor. Service breakdown is 400, 500, 600. i asked what the difference was and she basically said the service but in general it's just the level of attractiveness of the girls. I only brought 500 so i told her to bring in the 400 range...which were acceptable.

Another alternative is to go to the Chime Long Hotel first. Every taxi driver knows this 5 star resort place in Panyu. You can google it. It is just up the road from the Sauna. There you can find English speaking staff to assist you/taxi to find the sauna.

To avoid any misunderstanding, I would in any case print out the Chinese characters for the taxi driver. Pinyin is still sometimes misunderstandable.
Many Pin yin words, especially when written without tone signs (But even sometimes with tone signs) have many characters that could fit it.

You can show the taxi driver the name and address;

If the taxi driver doesn't know, then you're better just go to Chimelong Hotel
as suggested by OAH.
If you're traveling on a budget and ballsy, i can tell you how to take the bus which is quite easy, but i wouldn't suggest it if it's your first time in China.
You can also take the metro from the East Rail station to Hanxi station as per my earlier report. The taxi guys from the metro will know the hotel/address if you show it to them as it's real close by. Should be about 10rmb, if it's anymore than 15rmb then they took you for a ride.
taxi 80-100rmb, metro/taxi less than 20rmb, bus 6rmb.
if money is no object, i'd say fuck it and just take the taxi.
As no language skills at the sauna, I'm not sure but I wouldn't see it as a big problem. If your outer appearance projects that you have a big monster in your pants then maybe, just maybe there will be some reluctance from the girls, but that's mostly at bbs/ktv as they do have some sort of choice of clients.

This is my first visit to S. China. GZ is my first stop. I'll be on business & don't have much time so I want a decent business hotel that has all the mongering activities either inside the hotel or walking distance as I prefer not to go around in taxis, etc.
My budget is RMB 700 or less for the hotel.
Appreciate some inputs.

i got there about 9:00pm last night. the selection of girls was limited. the pr girl told us that 6:00pm is the best time to show up.
