Cali Reports

Hey fellas,

I will be intown July 3th-July 7th...previously have traveled to Cartagena, Bogota. Quito, Cartagena in my South American Travels but this is my 1st jaunt to Cali. I'm staying at the Sheraton, 28 y/o from Southern California and looking to get into some action!

I'm looking to party and blend in with the locals from Thursday-Saturday and looking for some good nightclubs/lounges to go as well as casas/strip clubs etc. On Saturday/Sunday I was thinking about checking out some coastal towns if that's possible and getting some beach time in(If it even exists)? If anyone has some good up to date information on the scene out in CALI I would greatly appreciate it!

Thanks![/QUOTE]There ARE NO coastal towns nor any kind of beach or beach town anywhere in Cali. The Closest "beach" is Buenaventura. If you would like you can take a 2hr bus ride from the Terminal to Buenaventura which as of 2007 is by FAR the most dangerous city in Colombia these days that EVEN the Colombians are scared to travel there lol, I dont recommend it. Try Baranquilla if you want something different and want some beach.

I have been to Medellin, Bogota, Cucuta and Cartagena many times and have had great times, but I think I am going to have to make an effort and take a dip in Cali. Laters!

Today I had a chance to visit a couple casas in Cali. Dr Amor y Ropa de Bebe.

Pretty nice line-up in both places actually. I was surprised that finally Dr Amor went out and got some decent looking chicas again, they were getting bad for a while there.

I selected a beautiful Paisia actually, her working name is Candy.

She is beautiful but not great in the room. Very mechanical and timid.

I can't stand that, so I just finished quickly and helped her with her English that she's studying for the rest of the time.

On the way out the manger asked me how she was and I was trying to be tactful to say not that good, and he said to me. Not that good right?

I said correcto, and asked him why he didn't warn me?

They're hoping she gets better. Hahaha.

Later on I visited Ropa de Bebe and met probably the nicest chica I've ever met in a casa. Beautiful and sweeeeeeet. A Calena that would rival any Paisa that I've met for beauty.

She was the exact opposte of the Dr Amor chica. We hit it off like long lost lovers and I had a fantastic session with her, matter of fact I'm meeting her in an hour or so for dinner.

That's my adventure with the pro side of Cali so far. Both casas are worth a visit.

In my previous stays in Cali, I stayed at the Hotel Dann and the Cali Plaza which are very costly, as I prefer suites and apartments. I will be returning to Cali for a month long stay in September, and I am looking for some more affordable type of housing, but still somewhat luxurious. Does anyone have any referrals in the $75. to $85.00 dollar range per night. I also had another member here from the board contact me today asking for the same information. In advance thank you for any referrals you provide. I did contact Art from Cali rentals but I am exploring more economical options as well.

A question for some of you guys that have been in Cali what places would you recommend to stay in Penthouse/Apartment or Hotel that is chica friendly and that has internet access 24/7 I checked out the Cali list but if any one has other suggestions let me know.
